Claims (2)
- 油の吸入および吐出を行うポンプのポンプ本体に、ポンプ駆動用電動モータおよび電動モータを制御するコントローラを内蔵したモータハウジングが固定され、
モータハウジングは、合成樹脂を電動モータのステータの外周側の部分にモールドし、かつステータのコイルの部分は覆わずにモールドすることによりステータと一体化され、さらに、内周に隔壁が一体化されているモータケースを含み、
前記モータケース内であって、前記電動ポンプと前記隔壁との間に、電動モータを内蔵した密閉状のモータ室が形成されており、冷却用液体である油がモータ室内に、該油の他に体積で10〜20%の空気とともに密封されており、電動モータのステータコイルの少なくとも一部が、モータ室内に露出して、上記油に接触していることを特徴とする電動ポンプユニット。 - 電動モータのモータロータが、円筒状のロータ本体の外周部に固定状に設けられた合成樹脂製の永久磁石保持部材に、複数の永久磁石が保持されているものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ポンプユニット。
