Description

The present invention relates to a packaging material separating apparatus for separating a packaged product in which a small-sized article such as a bag is wrapped by folding packaging such as caramel packaging into a packaging material and an article.

As a form for individually packaging small articles such as rice cakes and granulated gums, so-called twisted packaging in which the extended part of the packaging material wrapped in a cylinder is twisted and wrapped so that the article is wrapped So-called caramel packaging is known. For example, Patent Document 1 has been proposed as an apparatus for separating a packaged product and an article when such a packaged product is disposed. The packaging material separation device of Patent Document 1 is configured by arranging a plurality of rotating rolls in close proximity to each other so as to be rotatable, and between rotating rolls that rotate packaging materials supplied on the rolls in opposite directions. And are forcibly peeled off from the article and separated.

Japanese Patent No. 2950482

In the packaging material separating apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1, if the packaged product is twisted and packaged, the twisted portion of the packaging material is easily sandwiched between a pair of rotating rolls, and the packaging material and the article are easily separated. It is. However, in a form in which the packaging material is in close contact with the article as in caramel packaging, it is difficult to sandwich the packaging material between the rotating rolls, and it is not possible to efficiently separate the packaging material. There is a risk of being pulled in, and problems such as breakage or chipping of the article are pointed out. Moreover, in the structure which supplies a packaged article between a pair of rotating rolls and isolate | separates a packaging material and articles | goods, a packaged item must be made to contact between rotating rolls, and in order to improve processing capacity, the length of a rotating roll However, it was not possible to improve the processing capacity.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems inherent in the packaging material separating apparatus according to the above-described conventional technology, and is proposed to solve this problem suitably. Next, a preferred embodiment of the packaging material separating apparatus according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2 show a packaging material separating apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, in which small articles such as rice cakes and granulated gums are individually caramel-wrapped by a paper-based packaging sheet. For a package wrapped in a folded package, a ventilation path 10 through which the package can pass, a supply unit 12 that supplies the packaging product to the ventilation path 10, and an air flow generation that generates an air flow in the ventilation path 10 A blower 14 as a means, and a packaging material collecting unit 16 and an article collecting unit 18 for separating and collecting the packaging material and the articles separated while the packaged goods are carried through the ventilation path 10 by the air flow are basically provided. . In addition, upstream and downstream are designated by the relationship with the flow direction of the airflow in the ventilation path 10.

The ventilation passage 10 is formed in the passage forming member by connecting the introduction portion 20 which is a passage forming member, the flexible hose 22 and the discharge portion 24 to each other. The air supply port of the blower 14 is connected to the upstream end (inlet of the ventilation path 10) of the tubular body, and the hose 22 connects the downstream end of the introduction unit 20 and the upstream end of the discharge unit 24. The air passage is configured to generate an air flow from the introduction unit 20 to the discharge unit 24 by the operation of the blower 14.

As shown in FIG. 1, the hose 22 includes an inlet-side straight portion 22 a that communicates with the introduction portion 20 and extends linearly, and an outlet-side straight portion that communicates with the discharge portion 24 and extends linearly. Between 22b, it has the surrounding part 22c curvedly formed so that a path | route may circulate circularly. The hose 22 is made of a soft resin such as a synthetic rubber, a polyethylene resin, a polyester resin, or a polyvinyl chloride resin that does not cause damage due to cracking, chipping or the like when the package advances while contacting the inner wall. Is preferred. The hose 22 is preferably an accordion type hose, and the irregularities formed in the ventilation path by the accordion can be made to function as an attitude changing unit that changes the attitude of the packaged goods carried along the ventilation path 10. In the Example, the path | route is curving in the surrounding part 22c, and this part can change the attitude | position of a packaged product largely as a bending part.

The supply unit 12 is connected to the upstream side of the rotating part 22c, that is, the inlet-side straight part 22a or a part close thereto. As shown in FIG. 3, the supply unit 12 includes a box-shaped guide member 27 to which a flexible hose 22 forming the ventilation path 10 is connected, and slides in the guide member 27 so that an air flow flows. A supply member 28 having two storage portions 28a penetrating in the direction, and two hoppers 26 which are arranged on the upper surface of the guide member 27 so as to be able to communicate with the storage portion 28a of the supply member 28 and receive a packaged product. 26.

The supply member 28 is moved by manual or drive means (not shown) such as an air cylinder so that the two accommodating portions 28a and 28a communicate with the ventilation path 10 alternately. When one accommodating portion 28a of the supply member 28 is in communication with the corresponding one hopper 26, the packaged product in the one hopper 26 is received in one accommodating portion 28a, and at this time, the other accommodating portion is accommodated. The part 28a is in communication with the ventilation path 10, and the already received packaged product in the other storage part 28a is supplied into the ventilation path 10 (see FIGS. 3A and 3B). The other hopper 26 corresponding to the other accommodating portion 28a in a state where the one accommodating portion 28a is in communication with the corresponding one hopper 26 and the other accommodating portion 28a is in communication with the ventilation path 10. The lower end opening of the hopper 26 is closed by the upper wall of the supply member 28, and is configured to store the packaged product in the other hopper 26. The supply member 28 is instantaneously switched and moved by the driving means so that the air flow from the blower 14 is brought to the accommodating portion 28a at once.

As described above, the supply member 28 may be rotated like a rotary magazine in addition to the linearly moving member. In the case of the rotary type, three or more accommodating portions 28a can be provided, and the processing capability can be further improved. Moreover, the internal diameter of the ventilation path 10 is suitably set according to the magnitude | size, shape, etc. of a packaged product. When the target article is a bag, it is preferably about 50 mm. Further, the wind force of the air flow generated by the operation of the blower 14 may be set to a wind force that matches the size and shape of the package, and a blower such as a blower suitable for the wind force can be selected.

The discharge section 24 is provided above the belt conveyor 30 as a transport means, and has a box-shaped discharge section 24a that opens an outlet toward the transport surface of the conveyor 30, and projects outward from the discharge section 24a. The outlet pipe 24b is connected to the hose 22 in communication with the outlet pipe 24b. And the packaging material and articles | goods discharged | emitted with an air flow in the discharge | release part 24a from the exit pipe 24b are comprised so that it may fall on the conveyance surface of the belt conveyor 30. FIG.

The packaging material collection unit 16 is connected to the suction unit 32 opened above the conveying path of the belt conveyor 30, the packaging material collection container 34 to which the suction unit 32 is connected, and the packaging material collection container 34. The suction part 32 and the packaging material recovery container 34 are provided with a suction machine 36 composed of a suction blower capable of forming a negative pressure. The connecting portion between the suction device 36 and the packaging material collection container 34 is provided with a filter member (not shown) that prevents the passage of the packaging material and allows the air to flow. It is configured to prevent inhalation. Further, the suction force by the suction machine 36 is set to a value that allows the lightweight packaging material to be sucked without sucking the article placed and transported on the transport surface of the belt conveyor 30.

The article collection unit 18 includes an article collection container 38 that opens below the conveyance end of the belt conveyor 30, and a chute 40 provided at the conveyance end of the belt conveyor 30. It is configured to be collected in the article collection container 38.

In the packaging material separating apparatus according to the first embodiment, since the accommodating portion 28a of the supply member 28 is reciprocated between the ventilation path 10 and the hopper 26, the ventilation path 10 and the hopper 26 may be in constant communication. In addition, since the supply member 28 is forcibly moved, it is possible to prevent the air flow from being diverted to the hopper side and the packaged product in the supply unit 12 from being scattered outside. In addition, since the supply member 28 is instantaneously switched by the driving means, it is possible to reliably prevent the air flow from the blower 14 from being diverted to the hopper side.

The packaged product conveyed toward the discharge unit 24 by the air flow is rolled up by the packaging material coming into contact with the inner wall of the ventilation path 10 and peeled off from the article. In addition, since the outer edge of the package advances while being in contact with the inner wall of the ventilation path 10, the posture of the package changes while rolling, and the outer edge contacts irregularly in many places, so that the packaging material is efficiently removed from the article. It is beaten and separated.

Here, the packaging material folded along the outer periphery of the article, such as the caramel-wrapped packaging product, is peeled off from the open end facing the outside, but the attitude of the packaging product supplied to the ventilation path 10 is Since it is mixed, the open end of the packaging material may be difficult to come into contact with the inner wall depending on the posture supplied to the ventilation path 10. However, in the embodiment, since the path is bent by the circular portion 22c which is a bent portion in the hose 22, when the packaged product passes through the circular portion 22c, an opportunity to change the posture of the packaged product is given, and various postures The package product supplied in (1) can be changed to a posture in which the open end of the packaging material contacts the inner wall. Further, even if the packaging material has a shape in which the open end of the packaging material is difficult to hit the inner wall (for example, a packaging of a rectangular article), each part of the packaging product whose posture changes in the process of moving the ventilation path 10 is the inner wall. The contact portion is pulled and pulled away from the article, so that the open end of the packaging material is gradually beaten. Therefore, regardless of the shape of the packaged product, the packaging material can be reliably rolled and peeled off from the article.

Further, in the process in which the packaged product passes through the revolving part 22c, the packaged product is subjected to a force that is pressed against the inner wall on the radially outer side by the centrifugal force. In addition, the air flow in the ventilation path 10 acts so as to further separate the bent portion of the packaging material from the article, so that the packaging material can be more efficiently separated.

The packaging material and the articles separated in the process of being conveyed through the ventilation path 10 are discharged onto the conveying surface of the belt conveyor 30 and conveyed downstream by the conveyor 30. The packaging material conveyed by the belt conveyor 30 is sucked by the suction force of the suction part 32 and collected in the packaging material collection container 34. On the other hand, since the article is heavier than the packaging material, the article is conveyed further downstream by the belt conveyor 30 without being sucked into the suction part 32. Then, the articles that have reached the conveyance end of the belt conveyor 30 are collected in the article collection container 38 through the chute 40.

The packaging material separating apparatus according to the first embodiment peels off the packaging material by repeatedly changing the posture while the packaging material is brought into contact with the inner wall of the ventilation path 10 when the packaged product is carried by an air flow. On the other hand, with respect to the folded packaging form in which the packaging material is in close contact, the packaging material and the article can be efficiently separated. Moreover, it is a simple structure with respect to what peels a packaging material between a pair of rotation rolls like a prior art example, and can greatly improve the peeling defect rate of a packaging material. Moreover, it is difficult to cause damage such as cracking or chipping of the article. Further, since there is no need for a movable part such as a rotating roll for peeling the packaging material from the article or a drive part for driving the movable part as in the prior art, the apparatus configuration can be simplified and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. At the same time, maintainability can be improved. Furthermore, by using the ventilation path 10 having an inner diameter capable of processing a plurality of packaged items at once, a high processing capacity is obtained.

In addition, since a part of the ventilation path 10 is formed by the hose 22, a circulation part 22c in which the hose 22 is spirally wound a plurality of times is provided, or the path is partially bent so that the number and curvature of the bent parts are appropriately set. By setting the value, it is possible to easily adjust the period during which a large contact resistance is applied to the packaging material and the number of times to change the posture, etc., and different types of packaging products such as the size and shape of the packaging material Can be easily accommodated. Further, the supply section 12 is connected between the air flow inlet and outlet in the ventilation path 10 and the air supply port of the blower 14 is connected to the introduction section 20 of the ventilation path 10 to generate an air flow. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a means for preventing the packaging material or article from being sucked into the blower 14, and the configuration can be simplified. Furthermore, the packaging material separating apparatus according to the first embodiment separates and collects the separated packaging material and the article into the corresponding collection units 16 and 18, thereby saving the trouble of separating the article and the packaging material after the collection. Can do.

FIG. 4 shows a packaging material separating apparatus according to the second embodiment, and is configured to generate an air flow by suction in this example as compared with the first embodiment in which the air flow is generated by blowing. In addition, in the packaging material separation apparatus in the present example, parts having the same functions as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

The supply unit 12 is connected to the upstream end of the introduction unit 20 forming the ventilation path 10 of the packaging material separating apparatus, and the suction unit (airflow generation means) such as a suction blower is connected to the downstream end of the discharge part 24 of the ventilation path 10. 43 are connected to each other, and are configured to generate an air flow that flows from the introduction portion 20 toward the discharge portion 24 in the ventilation path 10 by the suction action of the suction device 43. The ventilation path 10 is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, and is constituted by a flexible hose 22 in which a circulating part 22 c is provided between the introduction part 20 and the discharge part 24. In addition, the discharge pipe 24 in this example is connected to the outlet pipe 24b.

The supply unit 12 is connected to a hopper 26 at the upstream end of the introduction unit 20, and the packaged product put into the hopper 26 is drawn into the ventilation path 10 by the air flow and conveyed toward the discharge unit 24. It is like that. The discharge unit 24 is connected in communication with an article collection container 38 constituting the article collection unit 18, and the article collection container 38 is connected to the packaging material collection container 34 constituting the packaging material collection unit 16 through a communication pipe 42. Communication connection is established. The suction device 43 is disposed in the packaging material collection container 34 in a state where the intake port is connected in communication. That is, the suction port of the suction device 43 communicates with the discharge portion 24 of the ventilation path 10 through the packaging material recovery container 34, the communication pipe 42, and the article recovery container 38. An air flow toward the collection container 34 is configured to be generated. In addition, a filter member 44 including a partition wall provided with a plurality of small ventilation holes is provided at the upstream end of the intake port so as to prevent passage of the packaging material without blocking the airflow. The connection position of the communication pipe 42 with respect to the article collection container 38 is set at a position away from the bottom upward. Further, the connection position of the suction port of the suction device 43 with respect to the packaging material collection container 34 is also set at a position away from the bottom upward.

The article collection container 38 is provided with a drawable collection tray 41 on the bottom side so that articles collected on the collection tray 41 can be easily taken out. In addition, the packaging material collection container 34 is configured to be divided into upper and lower parts, and is configured so that a paper or resin bag 45 can be detachably mounted in the lower container part. The wrapped packaging material can be taken out together with the bag 45 and discarded.

In the packaging material separating apparatus according to the second embodiment, the packaged product put into the hopper 26 is transported downstream in the ventilation path 10 by the air flow generated by the suction machine 43, as in the first embodiment. It advances while contacting the inner wall of the ventilation path 10, and the packaging material is peeled off from the article and separated. The articles discharged from the discharge section 24 to the article collection container 38 are dropped into the collection tray 41 at the bottom of the article collection container 38 by their own weight without being drawn into the communication pipe 42 by the air flow and separated from the packaging material. On the other hand, since the packaging material discharged to the article recovery container 38 is lightweight, it is sucked up by the communication pipe 42 by the air flow and discharged to the packaging material recovery container 34. The packaging material collected in the packaging material collection container 34 remains in the bag 45 mounted in the packaging material collection container 34 without being sucked into the suction device 43 by being blocked by the filter member 44. The connection position of the communication pipe 42 with respect to the article collection container 38 is set at a position where the suction force acting on the communication pipe 42 does not reach the article on the bottom side of the article collection container 38. The collected article is not sucked into the packaging material collection container 34 via the communication pipe 42, and the packaging material and the article can be reliably separated.

In the packaging material separating apparatus according to the second embodiment, the suction device 43 that generates an air flow in the ventilation path 10 is also used as a means for separating and collecting the articles and the packaging materials in the article collection container 38 and the packaging material collection container 34. Therefore, the apparatus configuration can be further simplified. That is, since the belt conveyor 30 and the suction device 36 for collecting the packaging material can be omitted as compared with the packaging material separating apparatus of the first embodiment, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

FIG. 5 (a) shows a packaging material separating apparatus according to the third embodiment, which differs from the first embodiment in the shape of the ventilation path 10 and the configuration of the separated packaging material and the collection part of the article. Only different parts will be described, and components having the same functions as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof will be omitted.

The hose 22 extending to the downstream side of the supply unit 12 is formed in a meandering shape in which a linear part and a curved part 22d are repeated, so that a plurality of curved parts 22d as curved parts are formed. The discharge unit 24 connected to the hose 22 is connected to a collection container (collection unit) 46 that also serves as the packaging material collection unit 16 and the article collection unit 18. Inside the collection container 46, a partition plate 48 extending in a direction intersecting the flow direction of the air flow discharged from the discharge unit 24 is provided from a position below the discharge unit 24 to the bottom of the container. ing. The inside of the collection container 46 is partitioned by the partition plate 48 into a downstream packaging material collection unit 16 and an upstream product collection unit 18. In FIG. 5A, the curved portion 22d of the hose 22 is shown to bend in the vertical direction, but in the third embodiment, the curved portion 22d is formed to bend in the horizontal direction, and the meandering portion of the hose 22 is formed. Extends horizontally. In addition, what is necessary is just to make it the meandering part in the hose 22 extend in arbitrary directions, such as not only a horizontal direction but an up-down direction and a diagonal direction.

On the upper portion of the partition plate 48, a separation plate 50 having the same or slightly wider width as the discharge portion 24 of the ventilation path 10 is rotatably attached. The separation plate 50 rotates with respect to the partition plate 48 to change the inclination angle, so that the height position of the upper end of the separation plate 50 is set between the upper edge and the lower edge of the opening at the downstream end of the discharge portion 24. The distance between the upper end of the sorting plate 50 and the discharge portion 24 can be adjusted. Further, an exhaust port 46 a having a mesh-like ventilation hole is provided on the outer wall of the collection container 46.

In the packaging material separating apparatus according to the third embodiment, the packaged product that is carried from the supply unit 12 toward the discharge unit 24 by the air flow generated by the operation of the blower 14 is positioned every time it passes through each curved portion 22d. Is greatly changed, and therefore, the inner wall of the hose 22 rolls forward irregularly, so that the packaging material can be peeled off from the article well. The article discharged from the discharge unit 24 to the collection container 46 falls on the separation plate 50 whose angle is adjusted according to the height released at the time of discharge depending on the air volume and falls to the bottom of the article collection unit 18 to be separated from the packaging material. Is done. On the other hand, since the packaging material discharged to the collection container 46 is lightweight, the packaging material is collected by the packaging material collection unit 16 on the downstream side around the separation plate 50 by the airflow. As described above, in the packaging material separating apparatus according to the third embodiment, the packaging material and the articles are separated and collected within one collection container 46, so that the containers constituting the collection units 16 and 18 are separately provided. Thus, the number of parts can be reduced and space can be saved.

FIG. 5 (b) shows another embodiment of the collecting unit shown in the third embodiment, and only the parts different from the collecting unit shown in FIG. 5 (a) will be described, and parts and the like having the same function will be described. The same reference numerals are assigned and detailed description is omitted.

The partition plate 48 disposed inside the collection container 46 of another embodiment is provided between the upper position of the discharge unit 24 and the bottom of the container, and the partition plate 48 discharges the collection container 46. A communication hole 51 that communicates the packaging material recovery unit 16 and the article recovery unit 18 is formed below the connection position of the part 24 with a size that allows the packaging material to pass therethrough. The collection container 46 is provided with an article collection tray 52 that can be pulled out on the bottom side of the article collection unit 18, and a packaging material collection tray 53 that can be pulled out on the bottom side of the packaging material collection unit 16. .

In the packaging material separating apparatus including the recovery container 46 according to another embodiment, the articles discharged from the discharge portion 24 to the recovery container 46 hit the partition plate 48 and enter the article recovery tray 52 at the bottom of the article recovery portion 18. It falls and is separated from the packaging material. On the other hand, since the packaging material discharged to the collection container 46 is lightweight, it is carried to the packaging material collection unit 16 on the downstream side through the communication hole 51 by the air flow and falls to the packaging material collection tray 53. Collected.

(Change example)
The present invention is not limited to the configuration of the examples, and various embodiments can be adopted within the scope of the gist of the present invention. For example, the following modifications can be made.
(1) In the embodiment, the ventilation path is provided with a circulation section in which the path circulates once or more in a ring shape, but the path does not circulate so as to draw a circle and does not hinder the progress of the packaged product. For example, a bent portion such as an L shape or a U shape may be provided. Further, a posture changing portion such as a step, an unevenness, or a protrusion may be provided on the inner wall of the linearly formed ventilation path, and the posture of the packaged product may be changed when the packaged product comes into contact with the posture changing portion. Since the posture changing portions such as the unevenness and the protrusion increase the resistance at the time of contact with the packaging material, it is possible to promote reliable separation of the packaging material.
Also, the ventilation path may be a continuous curved part having no straight part, a spiral shape extending in an arbitrary direction such as a horizontal direction or a vertical direction, or a plurality of curved parts winding in multiple directions, etc. The sliding condition between the packaging material and the article and the weight of the article may be appropriately selected and set according to various processing conditions. In such a configuration in which the ventilation path is bent in multiple directions, it is possible to give a chance to change the posture of the packaged product at the bent part of the ventilation channel, so that the packaged product advances while rolling on the inner wall when it continues to move forward. And since a packaging material contacts a multi-surface with respect to an inner wall, a packaging material can be peeled favorably.
(2) The cross-sectional shape of the ventilation path is not limited to a circle and may be an ellipse or a polygon.
(3) The ventilation path may be entirely formed of a soft hose.
(4) The ventilation path may have a spiral protrusion formed on the inner wall of the hose from upstream to downstream. Thereby, the package can further roll and repeat the posture change.
(5) Regarding the second embodiment, the same supply unit as in the first embodiment may be adopted.
(6) Selectively combining the parts in Examples 1 to 3, such as adopting the recovery part of Example 1 in Example 2 or adopting the recovery part of Example 3 or another example in Example 1 Is possible.
