Claims (8)
- 処理構造体と、前記処理構造体を収容する金属製のケーシングとを備えた気体処理装置において、前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に配置される無機繊維製の保持材であって、
液体を内包するカプセル粒子を担持している
ことを特徴とする気体処理装置用保持材。 - 処理構造体と、
前記処理構造体を収容する金属製のケーシングと、
前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に配置される無機繊維製の保持材と
を備えた気体処理装置であって、
前記ケーシングの内表面及び/又は前記保持材に、液体を内包するカプセル粒子を担持している
ことを特徴とする気体処理装置。 - 処理構造体と、前記処理構造体を収容する金属製のケーシングとを備えた気体処理装置において、前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に配置される、無機繊維製の保持材を製造する方法であって、
前記保持材に、液体を内包するカプセル粒子を担持させることを含む
ことを特徴とする気体処理装置用保持材の製造方法。 - 処理構造体と、
前記処理構造体を収容する金属製のケーシングと、
前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に配置される無機繊維製の保持材と
を備えた気体処理装置を製造する方法であって、
液体を内包するカプセル粒子を内表面に担持した前記ケーシング及び/又は前記カプセル粒子を担持した前記保持材を準備することと、
前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に前記保持材を配置することと
を含む
ことを特徴とする気体処理装置の製造方法。 - 前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に前記保持材を配置する際に前記ケーシングと前記保持材との間で前記カプセル粒子を押圧することにより、又は前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に前記保持材を配置した後に前記カプセル粒子を加熱することにより、前記カプセル粒子を破壊することをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の気体処理装置の製造方法。 - 前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に前記保持材を配置した後に前記カプセル粒子を加熱することにより、前記カプセル粒子を膨張させることをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の気体処理装置の製造方法。 - 処理構造体と、
前記処理構造体を収容する金属製のケーシングと、
前記処理構造体と前記ケーシングとの間に配置される無機繊維製の保持材と
を備えた気体処理装置を製造する方法であって、
液体を内包するカプセル粒子をテーパ状の内表面に担持した筒状の治具を前記ケーシングの長手方向の一方端側に配置することと、
前記処理構造体の外周に配置された前記保持材を前記治具の前記内表面に沿って前記ケーシングの前記一方端に向けて移動させながら前記内表面と前記保持材との間で前記カプセル粒子を押圧することにより前記カプセル粒子を破壊することと、
破壊された前記カプセル粒子から漏洩した前記液体が外表面に塗布された前記保持材を前記治具の前記内表面に沿ってさらに移動させ前記一方端から前記ケーシング内に圧入することと、
を含む
ことを特徴とする気体処理装置の製造方法。 - 請求項2に記載の気体処理装置を使用して、気体を処理する
ことを特徴とする気体処理方法。
