Description
中間層に対して第1の外方層を装着することにより、片面ボール紙を作製するステップと、
中間層に対して第2の外方層を装着するステップと
を含み、
第2の外方層は、円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙が第2の外方層が対面する方向にのみ外方へと屈曲可能になるように、第1の外方層よりも低いISO5628に準拠した曲げ剛性を有する。
第2の外方層を中間層に対して装着する前に、片面ボール紙が平坦状になるように、片面ボール紙を構成するステップ
を含んでもよい。
第1の層が対面する方向に湾曲された初期湾曲状片面ボール紙を使用し、第2の外方層の装着前に初期湾曲状片面ボール紙を平坦状に構成するステップ
を含んでもよい。
中間層に対して第1の外方層を装着することにより、片面ボール紙を作製するステップと、
第2の層が対面する方向に片面段ボールを湾曲させるように、片面段ボールを構成するステップと、
湾曲された波状中間層に対して第2の外方層を装着するステップと
を含んでもよい。

Claims (9)
- 中間層(3)と、該中間層(3)に対して装着された第1の外方層(2)と、前記中間層(3)に対して装着された第2の外方層(5)とを備える、円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)において、前記中間層(3)は、フルートを備える波状層であることと、前記第2の外方層(5)の曲げ剛性は、該第2の外方層(5)の各セクション(9)が、
− 前記中間層(3)、前記第1の外方層(2)及び前記第2の外方層(5)の材料特性を、以下の条件:
- 前記第1の外方層(2)は、ライナ、紙、若しくはプラスチック、あるいは積層体、ライナ、紙、若しくはプラスチックの中の任意の2つ以上の複合材料、または複合材料の中の1つから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)。
- 前記第2の外方層(5)は、ライナ、紙、若しくはプラスチック、あるいは積層体、ライナ、紙、若しくはプラスチックの中の任意の2つ以上の複合材料、または複合材料の中の1つから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)。
- 前記第1の外方層(2)は、上質紙、スーパー仕上げ紙、マシン光沢仕上げ紙、耐脂紙、新聞用紙、マシン仕上げ紙、ライナ、金属フォイル、金属化フィルム、複合材料、または、上質紙、スーパー仕上げ紙、マシン光沢仕上げ紙、耐脂紙、新聞用紙、マシン仕上げ紙、ライナ、金属フォイル、金属化フィルム、若しくは複合材料の中の任意の2つ以上の積層体の中の1つから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)。
- 前記第2の外方層(5)は、上質紙、スーパー仕上げ紙、マシン光沢仕上げ紙、耐脂紙、新聞用紙、マシン仕上げ紙、ライナ、金属フォイル、金属化フィルム、複合材料、または、上質紙、スーパー仕上げ紙、マシン光沢仕上げ紙、耐脂紙、新聞用紙、マシン仕上げ紙、ライナ、金属フォイル、金属化フィルム、若しくは複合材料の中の任意の2つ以上の積層体の中の1つから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)。
- 前記波状中間層(3)は、フルートサイズA、B、C、E、F、G、若しくはK、または該フルートサイズA、B、C、E、F、G、若しくはKの中のいずれかの組合せの中のいずれかを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)。
- 中間層(3)、第1の外方層(2)、及び第2の外方層(5)を備える、円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)を作製するための方法であって、前記中間層(3)がフルートを備える波状層である、方法において、
− 前記第2の外方層の材料特性を、前記第2の外方層(5)の各セクション(9)が、
− 前記第2の外方層(5)の材料特性を、前記円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)が前記第2の外方層(5)が対面する方向にのみ外方へと屈曲可能になるように、前記第1の外方層(2)よりも低いISO5628に準拠した曲げ剛性を有し、前記方向は、前記中間層(3)の前記フルートに対して実質的に垂直であり、そのため前記円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)の前記第1の外方層(2)は、屈曲後には凸状になるように選択するステップと、
− 前記中間層(3)に対して前記第1の外方層(2)を装着することにより、片面ボール紙を作製するステップと、
− 前記第1の外方層(2)が対面する方向に湾曲された初期湾曲状片面ボール紙を使用し、前記第2の外方層(5)の装着前に該初期湾曲状片面ボール紙を平坦状に構成するステップと、
− 前記中間層(3)に対して前記第2の外方層(5)を装着するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 中間層(3)、第1の外方層(2)、及び第2の外方層(5)を備える、円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)を作製するための方法であって、前記中間層(3)がフルートを備える波状層である、方法において、
− 前記第2の外方層の材料特性を、前記第2の外方層(5)の各セクション(9)が、
− 前記第2の外方層(5)の材料特性を、前記円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)が前記第2の外方層(5)が対面する方向にのみ外方へと屈曲可能になるように、前記第1の外方層(2)よりも低いISO5628に準拠した曲げ剛性を有し、前記方向は、前記中間層(3)の前記フルートに対して実質的に垂直であり、そのため前記円滑に屈曲可能なボール紙(6)の前記第1の外方層(2)は、屈曲後には凸状になるように選択するステップと、
