Description
[1]機械攪拌式脱硫装置を用いた溶銑の脱硫方法において、インペラーによって攪拌されている溶銑の浴面上に、軸心が鉛直方向を向き且つ鉛直方向に移動可能に配置された上吹きランスであって、その先端の面が水平面に対して前記インペラー側に向いて傾斜している上吹きランスを介して搬送用ガスとともに粉状のCaO系脱硫剤を上吹き添加して脱硫処理することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫方法。
[2]前記上吹きランスは単管構造であり、且つ、前記上吹きランスの先端の面は、水平面に対して20〜70°の範囲で傾斜していることを特徴とする、上記[1]に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
[3]前記CaO系脱硫剤は、粒径が0.065〜0.800mmの生石灰であることを特徴とする、上記[1]または上記[2]に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。

Claims (3)
- 機械攪拌式脱硫装置を用いた溶銑の脱硫方法において、インペラーによって攪拌されている溶銑の浴面上に、軸心が鉛直方向を向き且つ鉛直方向に移動可能に配置された上吹きランスであって、該上吹きランスの先端部の内面が前記軸心と平行であり、前記上吹きランスの先端の面が水平面に対して前記インペラー側に向いて傾斜している上吹きランスを介して搬送用ガスとともに粉状のCaO系脱硫剤を上吹き添加して脱硫処理することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記上吹きランスは単管構造であり、且つ、前記上吹きランスの先端の面は、水平面に対して20〜70°の範囲で傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記CaO系脱硫剤は、粒径が0.065〜0.800mmの生石灰であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
