Claims (4)
- 駆動源からのトルクが入力されるポンプシェル内に設けられた複数の羽根とを有するポンプ翼車と、該ポンプ翼車の羽根に対向する位置に設けられた複数の羽根と該羽根を支持するハブ部と有して出力軸の軸端部に支持され、該ポンプ翼車の羽根から送り出される作動流体を受けて回転させられるタービン翼車と、軸心方向において前記駆動源と前記ポンプシェルとの間に設けられ、該駆動源に連結されたダンパ入力部材と第ダンパ入力部材から弾性部材を介して伝達されたトルクを前記ポンプシェルへ伝達するダンパ出力部材とを有するダンパ装置とを備える車両用流体伝動装置であって、
前記ポンプシェルは、前記複数の羽根を外周部に有し且つ前記駆動源から離れる方向に突き出す円筒軸を内周部に有するリヤシェルと、該リヤシェルに連結されたフロントシェルとから構成され、
前記ダンパ出力部材を連結するための円環状の環状セット部材が、その径方向の幅内に前記フロントシェル上において該フロントシェルの外径と前記円筒軸の径との中間径が含まれる位置に同心円状に固定され、
前記環状セット部材は、前記ダンパ入力部材および前記ダンパ出力部材の位置決めをしていることを特徴とする車両用流体伝動装置。 - 前記環状セット部材は、前記ダンパ装置の出力部材を締結する螺合締結ボルトが螺合される雌ねじ穴を前記駆動源側の端面に有し、該環状セット部材の径方向寸法は、該雌ねじ穴の径の2乃至3倍であることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用流体伝動装置。
- 前記環状セット部材の軸心方向の厚み寸法は、該環状セット部材が固定されたフロントシェルの板厚の2倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用流体伝動装置。
- 前記環状セット部材は、少なくともその外周側が前記フロントシェルに対して固定される溶接部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1の車両用流体伝動装置。
