機器に前記電力ネットワークに対するアクセスを許可するアクセス条件を規定する電力ネットワークアクセスルールを前記電力ネットワークから受信し、
前記機器が前記電力ネットワークの利用を許可される場合の条件を規定する機器使用ルールを受信し、
ユーザによって定められた、前記機器が前記電力ネットワークの利用を必要とする場合の条件を規定するユーザ構成使用ルールを受信し、
前記機器使用ルールを、前記受信した電力ネットワークアクセスルールと比較し、
前記ユーザ構成使用ルールを、前記受信した電力ネットワークアクセスルールと比較し、
前記機器使用ルールと前記電力ネットワークアクセスルールとの比較結果が正であり、かつ前記ユーザ構成使用ルールと前記電力ネットワークアクセスルールとの比較結果が正である場合、前記電力ネットワークと前記機器との間の電力輸送を許可する

機器に前記電力ネットワークに対するアクセスを許可するアクセス条件を規定する電力ネットワークアクセスルールを前記電力ネットワークから受信し、前記機器が前記電力ネットワークの利用を許可される場合の条件を規定する機器使用ルールを受信し、ユーザによって定められた、前記機器が前記電力ネットワークの利用を必要とする場合の条件を規定するユーザ構成使用ルールを受信する受信部と、
前記機器使用ルールを、前記受信した電力ネットワークアクセスルールと比較し、前記ユーザ構成使用ルールを、前記受信した電力ネットワークアクセスルールと比較する比較器と、
前記機器使用ルールと前記電力ネットワークアクセスルールとの比較結果が正であり、かつ前記ユーザ構成使用ルールと前記電力ネットワークアクセスルールとの比較結果が正である場合に、前記電力ネットワークと前記機器との間の電力輸送を許可する許可部と
を具備する電力ネットワークアクセス制御装置。 - 請求項16に記載の電力ネットワークアクセス制御装置であって、
前記機器使用ルールは、前記機器から受信される
