Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における組電池の全体図である。図1において、図4と同じ構成要素については同じ符号を用い、説明を省略する。
圧縮されたバネ6が自然長に戻ろうとする力を利用して、電池セル2と2つの集電板を接触させ、電気的な接続を行うことができる。
実施の形態1では、電池セル2の正極・負極がすべて同一方向である場合を例に説明したが、隣り合うセルどうしで正極と負極が交互に並ぶ場合でも適用が可能である。
実施の形態1では電池セル2として円筒型のものを用いているが、角型のものを用いてもよい。角型セルは円筒セルと異なり、正極と負極が同一面にある。そのため、実施の形態1で示した樹脂のケース7のツメ9は片方のケースにのみ設ければよい。

Claims (3)
- 複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを保持するホルダーと、
前記電池セルと電気的に接続される集電板と、
これらを収容する一対のケースと、から構成される組電池において、
前記集電板と前記ケースとの間に圧縮された複数のバネが設置され、かつ、前記ケースの内壁にツメが、ケースの内壁面のうち少なくとも2つの長尺面に配置され、圧縮された複数のバネが元の長さに戻れない位置に、前記ケースの内側に向けて延出して形成されており、
前記一対のケースの外壁には止め具が設けられており、前記止め具によって前記一対のケースを固定すること、
を特徴とする組電池。 - 前記複数のバネの個数は、前記電池セルの個数と同一であり、かつ、前記電池セルの軸上にぞれぞれのバネが配置されてなる、
請求項1記載の組電池。 - 前記ツメは、前記ケースの内壁面のうち2つの長尺面に少なくとも1つ配置される、
請求項1又は2に記載の組電池。
