○:チューブ詰まりの発生が無く、全量流しきることが出来る。
△:流動開始後、30分以内にチューブ詰まりが発生し、全量流しきることが出来ない。

実施例1〜11の栄養剤は、例えば、比較例3〜6の栄養剤と同程度の粘度であるにも関わらず、沈殿量が少なく、チューブ流動性に優れるものであった。このことから、酸性下における蛋白の安定性は、単に安定剤の添加等に起因するものではなく、所定量の有機酸を添加することが重要であることが理解できる。 Although the nutrients of Examples 1 to 11 had a viscosity comparable to that of the nutrients of Comparative Examples 3 to 6, for example, the amount of precipitation was small and the tube fluidity was excellent.
