Claims (4)
- 長手方向に沿って捻回されてなり、前記長手方向に対して垂直な方向における断面が略矩形形状をなすコアシャフトと、
前記コアシャフトの先端部を覆うコイル体と、を備え、
前記断面は、弧状に凹んだ凹部を有していることを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤであって、
前記凹部は、前記断面を形成する辺のうち、対向する一対の辺に形成されていることを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のガイドワイヤであって、
前記凹部以外の対向する一対の辺に、弧状に膨らんだ凸部を有していることを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。 - 請求項3に記載のガイドワイヤであって、
前記凸部の曲率半径は、前記断面の長軸を直径とする仮想円の曲率半径よりも小さいことを特徴とするガイドワイヤ。
