Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図1に、本発明の第1実施形態に係るPCV通路の凍結防止構造を備えたインテークマニホールド1の外観を表す斜視図を示す。図2は図1のII−II断面図である。図3は図1のIII−III断面図である。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態について、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図4に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るPCV通路の凍結防止構造を備えたインテークマニホールド2の外観を表す斜視図を示す。図5は図4のV−V断面図である。以下、本実施形態において、第1実施形態と実質的に同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの内部に漏出した未燃焼ガスを主成分とするブローバイガスを吸気ポートに還流させるPCV通路と、
前記エンジンから排出された排出ガスを前記吸気ポートに還流させるEGR通路と、
前記PCV通路のPCV外壁と前記EGR通路のEGR外壁の共有部分である加熱部とを有し、
前記加熱部の長手方向の長さは、複数の前記吸気ポートの並び方向における一端側の前記吸気ポートから他端側の前記吸気ポートに亘る長さであるPCV通路の凍結防止構造。 - 前記加熱部は、それぞれの前記吸気ポートへ前記ブローバイガスが導入されるブローバイガス導入口より上流側かつ前記導入口に隣り合う位置に設けられている請求項1に記載のPCV通路の凍結防止構造。
- 前記PCV通路は、単一の通路である共通通路部と、前記共通通路部から分岐し前記吸気ポートに接続される分岐通路部とを備え、
前記加熱部は前記共通通路部に設けられている請求項1または2に記載のPCV通路の凍結防止構造。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のPCV通路の凍結防止構造を備え、
前記PCV通路および前記EGR通路と一体的に形成されているインテークマニホールド。
