Description
Claims (32)
- 透過開口を有する密封したハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに収納されており、前記開口を介して伝播のための照明を放射する放射エリアを有するLED部材と、
前記LED部材によって生じた熱を分散させるために前記ハウジングに収納された冷却液と、
圧縮可能な材料を前記ハウジングの外部と連通せずに収納し、前記ハウジング内に位置したカバーと、
を含み、
前記カバーは、前記冷却液の膨張に応じて圧縮する動作が可能であり、
前記ハウジングは、前記LED部材の前記放射エリアに前記放射光線を反射するための反射面を有するリサイクル反射器を含み、
前記反射面は、前記LED部材の前記放射エリアの中心に関する形状で球状であり、
前記LED部材は、同じ色を放射し、前記LEDアレイの略中心に対照的に配列された少なくとも1つのペアのLED部材を有するLEDアレイを含み、
前記ペアのLED部材のうちの1つからの放射光線が、前記ペアのLED部材の他の1つに反射されることを特徴とする液冷LED照明装置。 - 前記圧縮可能な材料を収納する前記カバーは、前記放射光線の前記光路の外部に位置することを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料を収納する前記カバーは、前記ハウジング内に固定して位置することを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料を収納する前記カバーは、前記放射光線の前記光路の外部に固定して位置することを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記冷却液は、前記LED部材の前記放射エリアに接触して位置することを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記冷却液は、過ふっ化液(perfluorinated liquid)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料は、前記カバーに収納された空気又は窒素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記カバーは、バルーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記カバーは、密封した端を有するチューブを含むことを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置
- 前記カバーは、球状か、環状体か、円盤状のカバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記カバーは、複数の密封されたガスポケットを収納する発泡材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内部に配置され、前記LED部材に取り付くヒートシンクをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記LED部材によって生じた前記熱を分散させるための前記冷却液を循環させるポンプをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記ポンプは、前記ハウジングの内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項13のLED照明装置。
- 前記ポンプは、超音波ポンプであり、前記ハウジングの内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項13のLED照明装置。
- 前記ハウジングは入口と出口を有し、
前記ポンプは、前記入口と前記出口の間に接続され、前記ハウジングの外部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項13のLED照明装置。 - 前記ポンプと連通する液体のチェンバーと、
前記チェンバーに取り付く複数の冷却フィンを、さらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16のLED照明装置。 - 前記LED部材は、1以上のLED部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記LED部材は、1以上の色を放射することを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記開口は、レンズを含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 前記ハウジングに取り付けられ、ねじが切られた接触部を有する基礎部を、さらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1のLED照明装置。
- 照明を放射する放射エリアを有するLED部材と、
前記放射光線が通過する透過開口を有する密封したハウジングと、
反射面を有し、前記反射面に当たる前記放射光線は、前記LED部材の前記放射エリアに反射する、リサイクル反射器と、
前記LED部材によって生じた熱を分散させるために前記ハウジングに収納される冷却液と、
前記ハウジングに当該ハウジングの外部と連通せずに収納され、前記冷却液の膨張に応じて圧縮する動作が可能な圧縮可能な材料と、
を含み、
前記反射面は、前記LED部材の前記放射エリアの中心に関連する形状において球状であり、
前記LED部材は、同じ色を放射し、前記LEDアレイの前記中心に関して配列されている、少なくとも1つのペアのLED部材を有するLEDアレイを含み、前記ペアのLED部材のうちの1つからの前記放射光線は、前記ペアのLED部材の他の1つに反射されることを特徴とする液冷LED照明装置。 - 前記冷却液は、過ふっ化液を含むことを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料は、密封したカバーに収納される空気又は窒素を含むことを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料は、バルーンの内部に収納されることを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料は、密封した端を有するチューブの内部に収納されることを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料は、球状か、環状体か、円盤状のカバーの内部に収納されることを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
- 前記圧縮可能な材料は、複数の密封したエアポケットを含む発泡材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
- 前記LED部材によって生じた熱を分散させるための、前記冷却液を循環させるポンプをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
- 前記ポンプは、前記ハウジングの内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項29のLED照明装置。
- 前記ハウジングには入口と出口を有し、
前記ポンプは、前記入口と前記出口の間に接続され、前記ハウジングの外部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項29のLED照明装置。 - 前記開口は、レンズを含むことを特徴とする請求項22のLED照明装置。
