Description
本発明による方法に従って製造されたこれらの疎水化断熱成形体の使用領域は、なかでも断熱材料が湿気又は水気に曝されている全ての用途である。
例1:約100℃に加熱したデシケータ中には、質量184.4g、サイズ250×250×20mm(147.5kg/m3のかさ密度に相当)で、300m2/gのBET表面積を有する熱分解法シリカ87.0質量%、ランプブラック9.0質量%及びビスコース短繊維(φ 9μm;L 6mm)4.0質量%の組成物を有する微孔質の断熱材パネルが存在する。デシケータ中での圧力を、水流ポンプを用いて15mbarに低下させる。引き続き、圧力が300mbarに上昇するまでガス状のヘキサメチルジシラザンをデシケータ中に加える。
Claims (14)
- 親水性シリカを含有する微孔質断熱成形体を疎水化する方法であって、該成形体を少なくとも1種のオルガノシランで処理する方法において、
(a)該親水性シリカを含有する微孔質断熱成形体を穿孔し、その際、穿孔の孔の深さは、親水性シリカを含有する微孔質断熱成形体の厚みの3分の2であり、かつ穿孔チャネルの直径は、0.1〜3.0mmであること、
(b)該親水性シリカを含有する微孔質断熱成形体を収容しているチャンバ内に、反応条件下で気体状の1種又は複数種のオルガノシランを圧力差がΔp≧20mbarとなるまで導入し、その際、Δpは、Δp=p2−p1で表され、ここで、p1はオルガノシランを導入する前のチャンバ内圧力を示し、p2はオルガノシランの導入が中断される時のチャンバ内圧力を示すことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記穿孔をニードリングによって処理することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記穿孔を早くも断熱成形体のプレスの間にニードルグリッパ−によって処理することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記穿孔チャネルの直径は、0.5〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノシランを導入する前の前記チャンバ内圧力が大気圧より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノシランを導入する前の前記チャンバ内圧力が大気圧であるか又は大気圧より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 親水性シリカとして、熱分解法シリカ及び/又は二酸化ケイ素エーロゲルを用いることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノシランを、Rn−Si−X4-n、R3Si−Y−SiR3、RnSinOn、(CH3)3−Si−(O−Si(CH3)2)n−OH、HO−Si(CH3)2−(O−Si(CH3)2)n−OHから成る群から選択し、ここで、n=1〜8;R=−H、−CH3、−C2H5;X=−Cl、−Br;−OCH3、−OC2H5、−OC3H8;Y=NH、Oである、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノシランを、液状又は気体状で前記チャンバ内に導入することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記オルガノシランの添加と同時に又は続けて、水、アルコール及び/又はハロゲン化水素を供給することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の用いられる親水性シリカを含有する微孔質断熱成形体が、さらに、不透明剤、繊維及び/又は微細な無機フィラーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の用いられる親水性シリカを含有する微孔質断熱成形体が、熱分解法二酸化ケイ素及び/又は二酸化ケイ素エーロゲル45〜95質量%、不透明剤5〜20質量%、微細な無機フィラー5〜35質量%、並びに繊維0〜12質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記チャンバ内の温度が20℃〜300℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記の用いられる親水性シリカを含有する微孔質断熱成形体を、前記オルガノシランを添加する時点から、前記チャンバ内でさらに1分間〜1時間放置することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
