Description
車間距離が短くなったときに、運転者に警告を通知することによって、運転者は、アクセルペダルからブレーキペダルへの踏み替えを行なうことによって車両を減速させることができる。
これによって、車間距離が短くなったときに、車両を自動で減速させることができる。
図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態に係るハイブリッド車両の制御ブロック図を説明する。なお、本発明は図1に示すハイブリッド車両に限定されない。二次電池を搭載した他の態様を有するハイブリッド車両であってもよい。また、二次電池ではなくキャパシタ等の蓄電機構であってもよい。また、二次電池である場合には、ニッケル水素電池やリチウムイオン電池などであって、その種類は特に限定されるものではない。
ステップS100において、運転者がアクセルペダルを踏み込む操作をして(アクセルオン)車両を走行させる。
本実施の形態は、運転者がアクセルペダルの踏み込み操作を終了してから、運転者がブレーキペダルを踏み込むまでの間、車両の速度が大きいほど、移動距離が長くなることを考慮して、選択されている回生レベルと車両の速度によって、危険通知距離を変える。
図5のフローチャートが、図1のフローチャートと相違する点は、ステップS101の後、ステップS201が実行されることと、ステップS102に代えてステップS202が実行されることである。
本実施の形態は、プリクラッシュ制御の一形態である先行車両との車間距離を一定に保つアダプティブクルーズコントロールにおいて、選択されている回生レベルに応じた車間距離を維持する方法について説明する。
ステップS301において、運転者が走行中、クルーズコントロールボタン129をオンにすると、処理がステップS302に進む。
本発明は、上記の実施形態に限定されるものではなく、以下のような変形例も含む。
車両を減速させるための制動には、上述した回生制動(回生ブレーキ)および摩擦制動(油圧ブレーキ)に加えて、機関制動(エンジンブレーキ)がある。機関制動は、ジェネレータ140Bをモータとして駆動するように制御することによりエンジンを被駆動状態として、エンジンフリクションやポンピングロス等により制動力を発生して、車両を減速させる。機関制動はエンジン120への燃料噴射量を少なくすることにより発生し、エンジンストールしない範囲で燃料噴射を停止することでより大きな制動力が発生する。機関制動力は、動力分割機構200の動力分配が変化しない場合、エンジン120のエンジン回転数NEが高いほど大きくなる。
本発明の第1および第2の実施形態では、現在の前方物体までの距離が危険通知距離以下の場合には、ECU320は、プリクラッシュ制御として、警告音を発することにしたが、これに限定するものではない。ECU320は、回生ブレーキおよび/またはエンジンブレーキなどを用いて車両を減速させるものとしてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 車用の駆動力源としての電動機と、
車両の前方の物体までの距離を検出する検出部と、
前記検出した距離が所定値以下となった場合に、プリクラッシュ制御を実行する制御部と、
運転者の操作によって前記電動機の回生レベルを選択する選択部とを備え、
前記電動機は、前記選択された回生レベルが大きい場合は、小さい場合よりも、アクセルオフ時の回生制動力を大きくし、
前記制御部は、前記選択された回生レベルが小さい場合は、大きい場合よりも、前記所定値を大きくする、車両。 - 前記制御部は、アクセルオン時であっても、前記検出した距離が所定値以下となった場合に、プリクラッシュ制御を実行する、請求項1記載の車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記プリクラッシュ制御として、運転者に警告を通知する、請求項1記載の車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記プリクラッシュ制御として、前記車両を減速させる、請求項1記載の車両。
- 前記制御部は、前記選択された回生レベルと、前記検出された車両の速度に基づいて、前記所定値を設定する、請求項1記載の車両。
- 車用の駆動力源としての電動機と、
車両の前方の物体までの距離を検出する検出部と、
前記検出した距離が所定値となるように、プリクラッシュ制御としてアダプティブクルーズコントロールを実行する制御部と、
運転者の操作によって前記電動機の回生レベルを選択する選択部とを備え、
前記電動機は、前記選択された回生レベルが大きい場合は、小さい場合よりも、前記アダプティブクルーズコントロール中の減速時の回生制動力を大きくし、
前記制御部は、前記選択された回生レベルが小さい場合は、大きい場合よりも、前記所定値を大きくする、車両。
