Claims (12)
- (a)少なくとも1.7マイクロメートルのRaを有する粗面を含む第1の微多孔質表面、
(b)第2の微多孔質表面、及び
(c)前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面との間のバルク
を含む単一層を含むポリマー微多孔膜であって、
前記バルクが、前記第1の微多孔質表面を含む第1の多孔質部分、及び前記第2の微多孔質表面を含む第2の多孔質部分を含み、
(i)前記第1の多孔質部分が、コントロールされた細孔構造の第1のセットを含み、
(ii)前記第2の多孔質部分が、コントロールされた細孔構造の第2のセットを含み、前記細孔構造の第2のセットが、前記第1のセットより小さい平均孔径を有し、
前記コントロールされた細孔構造の第1のセットが、異なるコントロールされた細孔構造の少なくとも第1及び第2のサブセットを含み、前記第1のサブセットが、前記第2のサブセットより大きい平均孔径を有し、前記第2のサブセットが、コントロールされた細孔構造の前記第2のセットより大きい平均孔径を有する、
ポリマー微多孔膜。 - 前記粗面が、少なくとも2マイクロメートルのRaを有する、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 前記粗面が、少なくとも4マイクロメートルのRaを有する、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 前記単一層の膜が、全厚さを有し、前記第1の多孔質部分が、前記層の全厚さの10%〜40%の範囲の厚さを占め、前記第2の多孔質部分が、前記層の全厚さの90%〜60%の範囲の厚さを占める、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記粗面が、粒子を導入し、前記粒子を浸出させることによって調製される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記コントロールされた細孔構造の第1のセットが、10μm〜60μmの範囲の平均孔径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記コントロールされた細孔構造の第2のセットが、0.5μm〜4μmの範囲の平均孔径を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記コントロールされた細孔構造の第2のセットが、0.1μm〜2μmの範囲の平均孔径を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記コントロールされた細孔構造の第2のセットが、細菌を遮断する孔径を有する、請求項8に記載の膜。
- 流体を濾過する方法であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の膜を通して前記流体を通過させるステップを含む方法。
- (a)支持体に、第1の溶液を流延するステップであって、前記第1の溶液が、可溶性粒子及び前記粒子にとっての非溶媒を含むステップ、
(b)前記第1の溶液に、第2の溶液を流延するステップであって、前記第2の溶液が、ポリマー及び前記ポリマーのための溶媒を含むステップ、
(c)前記第2の溶液の相分離を引き起こすステップ、並びに
(d)前記粒子を除去して、ポリマー膜を生成するステップ
を含む、請求項1に記載のポリマー微多孔膜を調製する方法。 - 前記第1の溶液には、前記ポリマーのための溶媒が本質的になく、前記第2の溶液には、可溶性粒子が本質的にない、請求項11に記載の方法。
