Description
20% < Al2O3 < 90%
2% < SiO2 < 30%
3% < ZrO2 < 50%
0% ≦ Cr2O3 < 50%
で示される平均化学組成を有する焼結耐火物であって、酸化物に基づく重量百分率として17〜85%のムライト−ジルコニア粒子を含むことを特徴とする焼結耐火物を用いて達成される。
a)出発装填材料を調製する工程、
b)前記装填材料を金型に注入し、或いは該金型内で装填材料を振動及び/又はプレス及び/又はタンピングすることでぎっしり詰めて、予備成形物を成形する工程、
c)前記予備成形物を金型から取り出す工程、
d)前記予備成形物を、好ましくは該予備成形物中の残留湿気が0%と0.5%の間のままであるように空気又は湿気が調整された雰囲気中で、乾燥させる工程、
e)酸化性雰囲気中1300〜1800℃の範囲の温度で前記予備成形物を焼成し、本発明に従う焼結耐火物ブロックを成形する工程、
の連続工程を含む製造方法を行うことができる。
20% < Al2O3 < 90%
2% < SiO2 < 30%
3% < ZrO2 < 50%
0% ≦ Cr2O3 < 50%
で示される平均化学組成を示し、耐火物の酸化物に基づく重量百分率で17〜85%のムライト−ジルコニア粒子を含む。
Claims (16)
- ブロックの形態であり、重量百分率が酸化物に基づき、
20% < Al2O3 < 90%
2% ≦ SiO2 ≦ 18%
3% < ZrO2 < 50%
0% ≦ Cr2O3 < 0.5%
で示される平均化学組成を有する焼結耐火物であって、
Al2O3、SiO2、ZrO2及びCr2O3の含有量の合計が、94%以上であり、
17〜85%のムライト−ジルコニア粒子を含有し、かつ、
酸化物に基づく重量百分率として0.3mm以下の大きさを有するムライト−ジルコニア粒子を少なくとも1%含有する焼結耐火物。 - 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として19%を超えて且つ60%未満のムライト−ジルコニア粒子を含有する請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として24%を超えて且つ50%未満のムライト−ジルコニア粒子を含有する請求項1に記載の耐火物。
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として少なくとも10%で且つ多くても33%のZrO2を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として少なくとも50%で且つ多くても80%のAl2O3を含有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として、19%を超えて且つ50%未満のムライト−ジルコニア粒子、少なくとも10%のZrO2、及び0.5%未満のMgOを含有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として0.5%未満のMgOを含有する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- Al 2 O 3 、SiO 2 、ZrO 2 及びCr 2 O 3 の含有量の合計が98%以上である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 99重量%を超える酸化物を含む請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 金属シリコンを含有しない及び/又は金属繊維を含有しない請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- ムライト−ジルコニアの粒径が0〜3mmの範囲にある請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率として0.7mm以下の大きさを有するムライト−ジルコニア粒子を少なくとも3%で且つ22%未満含有し及び/又は酸化物に基づく重量百分率として0.3mm以下の大きさを有するムライト−ジルコニア粒子を少なくとも1%含有する請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 酸化物に基づき1重量%未満のMgOを含有する請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の耐火物。
- 溶融ガラスを付形するための付形された耐火物部として又は耐火タイルとして若しくは耐火ライニングとしての請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の耐火物の使用。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の耐火物を得るための製造方法であって、
a)適した出発装填材料を調製する工程、
b)前記出発装填材料を金型に注入し、或いは該金型内で装填材料を振動及び/又はプレス及び/又はタンピングすることでぎっしり詰めて、予備成形物を成形する工程、
c)前記予備成形物を金型から取り出す工程、
d)前記予備成形物を乾燥させる工程、
e)酸化性雰囲気中1300〜1800℃の範囲の温度で前記予備成形物を焼成させる工程、
の連続工程を含む製造方法。 - e)の工程の前に実施する、作業位置に予備成形物を設置する工程を更に含む、請求項15に記載の製造方法。
