Claims (5)
- 第一部材と、前記第一部材に対して近接離間方向に移動可能に設けられる第二部材との間の距離を検出するストロークセンサであって、
前記第一部材に設けられ、磁気を発生する磁気発生部と、
前記第二部材に設けられ、前記磁気発生部から発せられた磁力によって前記磁気発生部に向けて付勢される磁性体と、
前記第二部材に設けられ、前記磁気発生部からの磁力によって付勢された前記磁性体が当接し、前記磁性体から作用する圧力の変化に基づいて前記第一部材と前記第二部材との間の距離を検出する圧力検出器と、を備えることを特徴とするストロークセンサ。 - 前記圧力検出器は、前記第一部材と前記第二部材との間の距離に応じた電圧を出力する圧電素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストロークセンサ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のストロークセンサを備え、供給される圧縮性流体によってばね定数を調整可能な流体ばねであって、
流体圧に応じて拡縮する流体室を画成する袋状弾性部材と、
筒状に形成されて前記袋状弾性部材に対して進退可能に設けられるピストンと、を備え、
前記第一部材と前記第二部材との一方は、前記袋状弾性部材に設けられ、
前記第一部材と前記第二部材との他方は、前記ピストンに設けられることを特徴とする流体ばね。 - 前記第一部材は、前記袋状弾性部材の上端部に設けられるトッププレートであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体ばね。
- 前記第二部材は、前記ピストンに設けられ前記袋状弾性部材内の圧縮性流体の圧力が低下した場合に前記トッププレートを支持する支持部であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体ばね。
