Description
図5は、横軸で示すプランジャ52のフレーム42底壁42Aからの軸方向における離間ストロークと縦軸で示すプランジャ52のヨーク40内への吸引力(移動力)との関係を示すグラフである。さらに、図5では、プランジャ52の基端部52Bが円柱状にされた場合を(A)で示し、プランジャ52の基端部52Bが円錐台状にされた場合を(B)〜(D)で示しており、(B)では、プランジャ52の基端部52Bにおける軸線に対する母線の傾斜角度が45°にされ、(C)では、プランジャ52の基端部52Bにおける軸線に対する母線の傾斜角度が25°にされ、(D)では、プランジャ52の基端部52Bの最大径がプランジャ52の基端部52B近傍の径に比し小さくされている。
図6には、従来のソレノイド70が断面図にて示されている。さらに、図7は、従来のソレノイド70(コア72有り)と本発明のソレノイド38(コア72無し)とにおいて横軸で示すコイル50への印加電圧と縦軸で示すプランジャ52のヨーク40内への保持力(プランジャ52がヨーク40内への移動をコア72又はフレーム42の底壁42Aによって係止された状態からヨーク40外へ移動されるためにプランジャ52に作用させる必要がある移動力)との関係を示すグラフである。

Claims (1)
- 操作されることでシフト位置が変更されるシフト部材と、
通電可能にされたコイルと、前記コイル内に設けられ前記コイルが通電された際に一側への移動力を作用されるプランジャと、前記プランジャが収容され前記プランジャが接触されて前記プランジャの一側への移動を係止した状態で前記コイルが通電されるフレームと、を有するソレノイドと、
前記コイルの通電と非通電とが切替えられて前記プランジャの他側への移動の阻止と許可とが切替えられることで前記シフト部材の所定シフト位置からの操作の阻止と許可とが切替えられると共に、前記プランジャの他側への移動が許可される際に前記シフト部材によって前記プランジャが他側に移動される阻止機構と、
を備えたシフト装置。
