Description
Claims (5)
- 動力伝達系に取り付けられてエンジンのトルク変動に伴う捩り振動を吸収する動吸振器において、
円盤状本体の外周部に複数の転動孔を有する円盤状本体と、
前記円盤状本体の転動孔に遊嵌される複数のローラと、
前記円盤状本体の両面のそれぞれに一つずつ取り付けられる一対のリング状のガイド板とを備え、
前記転動孔は、円弧に沿って延びる外側内周縁を有し、
前記ローラの外周面には、前記ローラの全周に亘り延びる溝が形成され、
前記ローラの溝には、前記転動孔の外側内周縁が係合され、
前記ローラの両側面のそれぞれには、前記ローラの中心から突出する軸が設けられ、
前記ローラの軸は、前記一対のガイド板によって支持されていることを特徴とする動吸振器。 - 請求項1記載の動吸振器において、
前記ローラの軸には、弾性リングが装着されていることを特徴とする動吸振器。 - 請求項1又は2記載の動吸振器において、
前記ローラは、外径の大きな一対の円盤により外径の小さい円盤を挟むようにして形成されていることを特徴とする動吸振器。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の動吸振器において、
前記ガイド板の外周縁には、前記ローラの軸を支持するための凸片が形成されていることを特徴とする動吸振器。 - 請求項4記載の動吸振器において、
前記凸片は円弧状に形成されていることを特徴とする動吸振器。
