Description
また、本発明によれば、加締めを施す部分や受ける部分を平面に形成する。これにより、例えば曲面と比べて加締め状態は安定する。また、強度も十分に確保される。
また、本発明によれば、被加締め片を平板状に形成しシェル筒部の外側平面部に対向配置することから、加締め状態の安定化や強度確保を図ることができるという効果を奏する。
Claims (3)
- 筒状に形成されたシェル筒部及び該シェル筒部の基端部に連続するシェル固定部を有する導電性のシールドシェルと、一又は複数本の導電路を覆う導電性のシールド部材と、を加締め接続固定されているシールド構造において、
前記シールドシェルは、前記シェル筒部の先端側へのびるシェル一体形の被加締め片を一又は複数有し、
前記被加締め片は、加締め前の状態として平板状に形成され、且つ、前記被加締め片は、前記シェル筒部の外側平面部に対向配置される
ことを特徴とするシールド構造。 - 請求項1に記載のシールド構造において、
前記シールドシェルは、金属板をプレス加工することにより形成され、前記被加締め片は、前記シェル固定部の縁部で折り返され、或いは、前記シェル筒部の前記基端部で折り返されて形成される
ことを特徴とするシールド構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のシールド構造を採用してなる
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
