Claims (5)
- 充電可能な一以上の二次電池(1)と、
前記二次電池(1)を所定の姿勢で収納するための電池ホルダ(70)と、
前記二次電池(1)を監視する電子回路を実装したパック基板(74)と、
円柱状の金属線を折曲して構成された、前記パック基板(74)を電気配線するための電気接続線(85)と、
を備え、
前記電気接続線(85)が、当該電気接続線(85)の長手方向の中央に折曲して構成されたU字状の折曲部(85a)を有し、
前記電池ホルダ(70)が、当該電池ホルダ(70)の上面であって、前記パック基板(74)の下側に前記折曲部(85a)のU字状の両側を保持する複数の保持リブ(78b)を有し、
前記保持リブ(78b)は、その上端で電気接続線(85)を保持することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、
前記電気接続線(85)が、前記二次電池(1)の出力線であることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池パックであって、
前記パック基板(74)は、前記電気接続線(85)の一端が折曲げられて挿入される接続穴(74c)を有することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダ(70)は、当該電池ホルダ(70)の上面に前記パック基板(74)を固定するための基板固定部(75)を形成してなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダ(70)は、前記パック基板(74)を支持するボス(72)を設けていることを特徴とする電池パック。
