Claims (13)

前記挿入装置に動作可能に取り付けられる切断アセンブリであって、前記シャフトに対する前記ハンドルの回転は、該切断アセンブリを、前記ガイドチャネル内で収縮構成と拡張構成との間で摺動させ、前記切断アセンブリの少なくとも一部は、拡張構成にある時に、前記シャフトから横方向に延在する、切断アセンブリと、
を備える、アンダーカットシステム。 - 前記切断アセンブリは、第1の側面と、前記第1の側面とは反対側に配向される第2の側面と、を有し、切断面は、前記第1の側面および前記第2の側面上に提供される、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記第1の側面および前記第2の側面はそれぞれ、第1の縁部と、第2の縁部と、前記挿入装置とは反対側で前記第1の縁部と前記第2の縁部との間に延在する第3の縁部と、によって画定され、前記切断面は、前記第1の縁部および前記第2の縁部上に提供され、前記切断面は、前記第3の縁部上には提供されない、請求項2に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記第3の縁部は、そこから延在するガイド先端を有する、請求項3に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリは、前記挿入装置に対して半径方向の移動に抵抗し、前記切断アセンブリは、前記挿入装置に対して遠位/近位方向に可撓性を示す、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリは、前記挿入装置に回転可能に装着され、前記挿入装置の前記遠位端は、幅を有し、前記切断アセンブリは、前記切断アセンブリが前記収縮構成にある時に、前記幅内にある、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリは、前記挿入装置の前記中心軸に対して垂直である軸を中心として回転可能である、請求項6に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリは、それぞれ前記挿入装置に回転可能に装着される少なくとも2つの切断ヘッドを備え、遠心力が、前記少なくとも2つの切断ヘッドを、前記収縮構成から前記拡張構成に移動させる、請求項6に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリは、前記挿入装置に摺動可能に装着され、前記挿入装置の前記遠位端は、その中に形成される開口を有し、前記切断アセンブリは、前記切断アセンブリが前記収縮構成にある時に、前記開口の中にある、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記遷移領域は、少なくとも1つのローラを含む、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリは、前記挿入装置の前記遠位端に向かって、またそれから離れて前記切断アセンブリを移動させる往復運動を使用して切断する、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリは、相互に枢動可能に装着される複数のリンクを備え、前記複数のリンクのうちの少なくとも1つの縁部上に切断面が形成される、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
- 前記切断アセンブリの少なくとも一部は、その外面から延在する複数の剛毛を有する、請求項1に記載のアンダーカットシステム。
