Description
まず、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電圧計測装置について説明する。図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係る電圧計測装置が適用されたバッテリシステムの概略構成例を示す回路図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る電圧計測装置について説明する。図3は本発明の第2実施形態に係る電圧計測装置が適用されたバッテリシステムの概略構成例を示す回路図である。本実施形態において第1実施形態と同様の構成については同じ符号を付し説明を省略する。本実施形態の電圧計測装置3Bが第1実施形態の電圧計測装置3と異なる点は、図3に示すように、双方向ダイオード回路要素4Uの代わりに、下向き通信路SLjkに双方向ダイオード回路要素4Lが接続されていることである。

Claims (4)
- 所定数のバッテリセルが直列に接続されたバッテリセル群を複数有するバッテリセルアレイの各バッテリセルの電圧を計測するための電圧計測装置であって、
前記バッテリセル群ごとに設けられた複数の計測器を備え、
隣接する前記計測器は、通信経路を介して互いに電流通信可能に接続されており、
前記隣接する計測器間の前記通信経路には、双方向ダイオード回路要素が接続されている、電圧計測装置。 - 前記通信経路には、電流信号を生成する電流源が接続可能に構成されており、
前記双方向ダイオード回路要素は、前記電流源による前記通信経路の電流方向が順方向となるダイオードが1V以上の順方向電圧を有している、請求項1に記載の電圧計測装置。 - 前記計測器は、それぞれ1つの集積回路チップとして構成され、
前記双方向ダイオード回路要素は、前記隣接する計測器のうちの何れか一方の計測器の集積回路チップ内に構成される、請求項1に記載の電圧計測装置。 - 前記通信経路は、隣接する前記計測器のうちの低電圧側のバッテリセル群の電圧を計測する下段の計測器から隣接する前記計測器のうちの高電圧側のバッテリセル群の電圧を計測する上段の計測器へ電流信号を送信する上向き通信路と、前記上段の計測器から前記下段の計測器へ電流信号を送信する下向き通信路とを含み、
前記双方向ダイオード回路要素は、前記上向き通信路および前記下向き通信路の少なくともいずれか一方に接続されている、請求項1に記載の電圧計測装置。
