Claims (2)
- 内燃機関(2)用のターボチャージャ(1)であって、
排気ガス混合開口部(12)を介して前記内燃機関(2)の吸気ライン(10)に通じる少なくとも1つの低圧排気ガス再循環ライン(3)を有し、
タービン(4)を有し、
コンプレッサ(5)であって、
前記タービン(4)に駆動連結され、
前記吸気ライン(10)がコンプレッサ入口(11)を介して通じるコンプレッサハウジング(7)内に配置されるコンプレッサホイール(6)を有するコンプレッサ(5)を有し、
再循環された排気ガス(AG)と新鮮な空気(FL)とを混合するための混合装置(18)を有するターボチャージャ(1)において、
前記混合装置(18)が流入分配器(21)を有し、前記流入分配器(21)には、少なくとも実質的に前記流入分配器(21)の長手方向軸線(L)に沿って延びる前記排気ガス再循環ライン(3)と、前記長手方向軸線(L)に対して少なくとも実質的に直角に延びる前記吸気ライン(10)とが通じることと、
前記排気ガス(AG)の流れ方向(R)から見て、衝突板(23)が前記排気ガス再循環ライン(3)の流出開口部(22)の下流に設けられること、
前記混合装置(18)が、前記流入分配器(21)内に配置されるガイドコーン(24)を有することと、
前記排気ガス再循環ライン(3)が前記ガイドコーン(24)に通じることと、
前記衝突板(23)が前記新鮮な空気(FL)の前記流れ方向に対して実質的に平行に配置されること、
を特徴とするターボチャージャ(1)。 - 内燃機関(2)用のターボチャージャ(1)であって、
排気ガス混合開口部(12)を介して前記内燃機関(2)の吸気ライン(10)に通じる少なくとも1つの低圧排気ガス再循環ライン(3)を有し、
タービン(4)を有し、
コンプレッサ(5)であって、
前記タービン(4)に駆動連結され、
前記吸気ライン(10)がコンプレッサ入口(11)を介して通じるコンプレッサハウジング(7)内に配置されるコンプレッサホイール(6)を有するコンプレッサ(5)を有する、
ターボチャージャ(1)の再循環された排気ガス(AG)と新鮮な空気(FL)とを混合するための混合装置(18)において、
少なくとも実質的に流入分配器(21)の長手方向軸線(L)に沿って延びる供給ライン(3)と、前記長手方向軸線(L)に対して実質的に直角に延びる吸気ライン(10)とが通じる流入分配器(21)と、
前記排気ガス(AG)の流れ方向(L)から見て前記供給ライン(3)の出口開口部(22)の下流に配置される衝突板(23)と、
前記流入分配器(21)内に配置されるガイドコーン(24)と、
を有し、
前記排気ガス再循環ライン(3)が前記ガイドコーン(24)に通じ、
前記衝突板(23)が前記新鮮な空気(FL)の前記流れ方向に対して実質的に平行に配置されること、
を特徴とする混合装置(18)。
