・オレイン酸系乳化剤(1質量部)
・スチレンモノマー(5質量部)
・t-ヘキシルパーオキシー2−エチルヘキサノエート(0.1質量部)
・トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート(0.05質量部)
また、押出成型用口金Aとしては、図1に示すものと同様の押出成型用口金Aを使用した。そして、押出成型用口金Aの上部の温度調節手段5により、板状体10の上面は冷却されるようにし、下部の温度調節手段5により、板状体10の下面は加熱されるようにした。具体的には、ジャケット体3の上面(上型部材11の上面)の表面温度は7℃、ジャケット体3の下面(下型部材21の下面)の表面温度は35℃であった。

Claims (4)
- 板状体の押出成型に使用される押出成型用口金であって、
前記板状体の厚み方向に温度差を形成させるため、少なくとも一部が厚み方向に温度差を形成させることができる温度調節手段と、
前記板状体の厚み方向に設けられた上型部材および下型部材と、を備え、
前記上型部材と、前記下型部材との間に断熱手段が介在されていることを特徴とする押出成型用口金。 - 押出方向へ次第に幅広となるように形成された口金後部材と、前記口金後部材の最大幅と略同一で一定幅に形成された口金前部材とを備え、
前記口金前部材がその厚み方向に温度差を形成させることができるように前記温度調節手段を備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押出成型用口金。 - 前記上型部材および前記下型部材に、前記温度調節手段がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の押出成型用口金。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の押出成型用口金で押出成型される板状体の製造方法であって、
前記板状体の厚み方向に温度差を形成させながら押出成型することを特徴とする板状体の製造方法。
