Description
以下に、本発明及びその関連態様を記載する。
態様1.第一及び第二の側を含む膜シート(この膜シートは折りたたみ部から伸びている第一及び第二の膜葉を規定するように折り重ねられている)、
前記折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿って膜シートの裏側上に配置されているシーラント並びに
前記折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿って膜シートの裏側上に配置されているテープ
を含んでなり、前記テープが表側及び裏側を含み、その裏側が約0.42よりも小さい摩擦係数(ASTM D1894−06によって測定)を有する表面を有する膜葉束。
態様2.折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿った膜シートの裏側に位置するシーラントを更に含み、そして前記テープが膜シートの裏側上のシーラントを覆っている態様1に記載の膜葉束。
態様3.前記テープが表側及び裏側を含み、その裏側が約0.35よりも小さい摩擦係数(ASTM D1894−06によって測定)を有する表面を有する態様1に記載の膜葉束。
態様4.前記テープが表側及び裏側を含み、その表側が感圧接着剤を含み、そしてその裏側が0.3よりも小さい摩擦係数(ASTM D1894−06によって測定)を有する表面を有する態様1に記載の膜葉束。
態様5.第一及び第二の側を有する膜シートを用意し、
前記膜シートを、折りたたみ部から伸びている第一及び第二の膜葉を規定するように折り重ね、
約50,000cPよりも小さい粘度を有するシーラントを用意し、
前側及び裏側を含むテープを用意し(ここで、裏側は約0.42よりも小さい摩擦係数(ASTM D1894−06によって測定)を有する表面を有する)、そして
前記シーラント及びテープを、折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿って、テープがシーラントを覆うように適用する
工程を含んでなる膜葉束の製造方法。
態様6.最初にシーラントを、テープの表側の区画に適用し、続いて、そのテープを、折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿って適用する態様5に記載の方法。
態様7.複数の膜葉束及び透過物収集チューブの周りに巻き付けられた封筒状膜を含んでなる螺旋巻きモジュールであって、膜葉束が、
第一及び第二の側を含む膜シート(この膜シートは折りたたみ部から伸びている第一及び第二の膜葉を規定するように折り重ねられている)、

前記折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿って膜シートの裏側上に配置されているテープ、
を含んでなり、前記テープが表側及び裏側を含み、その裏側が約0.42よりも小さい摩擦係数(ASTM D1894−06によって測定)を有する表面を有する螺旋巻きモジュール。
態様8.前記テープの裏側が約0.35よりも小さい摩擦係数(ASTM D1894−06によって測定)を有する表面を有する態様7に記載のモジュール。
態様9.前記モジュールが少なくとも約7の葉密度を有することによって特徴づけられる態様7に記載のモジュール。
Claims (1)
- 複数の膜葉束及び透過物収集チューブの周りに巻き付けられた封筒状膜を含んでなる螺旋巻きモジュールであって、該膜葉束が、
第一及び第二の側を含む膜シートであって、該膜シートが折りたたみ部から伸びている第一及び第二の膜葉を規定するように折り重ねられており、そして前記折りたたみ部が該膜シートの幅に沿った縦軸を規定し、かつ透過物収集チューブと平行である、膜シート
前記折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿って前記膜シートの裏側上に配置されているシーラント並びに
前記折りたたみ部の少なくとも一部に沿って前記膜シートの裏側上に配置されているテープ、
を含んでなり、前記テープが表側及び裏側を含み、前記テープの表側が前記膜シートの裏側と接触しており、そして前記テープの裏側が0.35よりも小さい摩擦係数(ASTM D1894−06によって測定)を有する表面を有し、そして前記モジュールが少なくとも7の葉密度を有する螺旋巻きモジュール。
