Claims (9)
- 少なくとも圧縮機セクションとタービンセクションとを含むロータ(10)の製造方法であって、
(a)コアシャフト(12)を準備する工程と、
(b)前記コアシャフト上に合金粉末粒子を冷間溶射する工程と、
(c)冷間溶射を制御して、前記コアシャフトに沿って形状及び厚さの異なる圧縮機及びタービンセクションを形成することによりニアネットシェイプローターを形成する工程であって、圧縮機セクション及びタービンセクションの形成に異なる材料組成の合金粉末粒子を用いる工程と、
(d)前記ニアネットシェイプローターを熱処理して、応力を軽減すると共に、個々の粉末粒子とコアシャフト(12)との界面を横切って拡散接合を形成するする工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記コアシャフト(12)が前記ローター(10)の一体部品として残る、請求項1記載の方法。
- さらに、(e)前記ニアネットシェイプローターを鍛造、機械加工、研磨又はこれらの組合せのいずれかにより仕上げ成形する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 工程(c)を実施して、前記コアシャフト(12)上に1以上のディスクを形成する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記合金粉末物品の組成が1以上のディスクの半径方向に沿って変化する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記材料組成がローター(10)の圧縮機セクションでクロム基合金を含み、ローターのタービンセクションでニッケル基合金を含む、請求項1乃至請求項の5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記コアシャフト(12)が金属、プラスチック及びゴムからなる群から選択される材料からなる、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記コアシャフト(12)が工程(e)の後除去される除去可能なマンドレルの形態である、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記工程(d)の後又は工程(e)の後に、熱間等水圧圧縮成形(HIP)を行う、請求項3記載の方法。
