Claims (15)
- 液体薬剤(M)の用量を投与するための注射デバイス用の指保護具(7)であって、ここで、指保護具(7)は、中空針(4)に配置され得る保護ニードルシールド(5)に重みがかかるように配置された二つの内側に向かって付勢されるばねアーム(8)を含んでなり、指保護具(7)は、遠位方向(D)に付勢された各々のばねアーム(8)に割り当てられたそれぞれのロッキングアーム(9)を更に有し、従って、保護ニードルシールド(5)が所定の位置にあるとき、それぞれのばねアーム(8)に重みがかかり、ここで、ばねアーム(8)は、保護ニードルシールド(5)が取り外されたとき、内側に向かって動き、中空針(4)をばねアーム(8)に触れさせずに通過させるのに十分の幅のギャップを形成するように配置され、従ってロッキングアーム(9)は、ばねアーム(8)の背後でロックし、ばねアーム(8)が外側に向かって再び押されることを防ぐ位置に、遠位に動くことが可能になる、上記指保護具(7)。

- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の指保護具(7)であって、ばねアーム(8)が、中間に縦方向の脚(8.1)、及びその縦方向の脚(8.1)に隣接する二つの横行脚(8.2,8.3)を有する本質的にS形状であり、ここで、各ばねアーム(8)の横行脚(8.2,8.3)の外側のもの(8.2)は指保護具(7)の壁部分(7.1)に隣接し、ここで各ばねアーム(8)の横行脚(8.2,8.3)の内側のもの(8.3)は保護ニードルシールド(5)に重みがかかるように配置される、上記指保護具(7)。
- 請求項4に記載の指保護具(7)であって、ロッキングアーム(9)が、指保護具(7)の前方部分(7.2)に隣接する外側端部(9.1)、及び保護ニードルシールド(5)が取り付けられ、保護ニードルシールド(5)と共に遠位方向(D)に内側横行脚(8
.3)に重みがかかるように配置され、そして保護ニードルシールド(5)が取り外されたときは、縦方向の脚(8.1)の後ろでロックするように配置される内側端部(9.2)を有することを特徴とする、上記指保護具(7)。 - 保護ニードルシールド(5)に重みがかかるように配置された内側横行脚(8.3)の先端が丸みをつけられることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の指保護具(7)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の指保護具(7)を含んでなる、液体薬剤(M)の用量を投与するための注射デバイスであって、指保護具(7)は近位端(P)で細長い外側ケーシング(2)中に設けられ、ここで、細長い外側ケーシング(2)は、中空針(4)、及びシリンジ(3)をシールし、そして液体薬剤(M)移動するためのストッパ(25)を有するシリンジ(3)を含むように配置され、ここで外側ケーシング(2)は遠位端(D)、及び注射部位に対して適用されるよう意図されたオリフィス(6)を有する近位端(P)を有し、ここで、シリンジ(3)は外側ケーシング(2)に対して摺動可能に配置される、上記注射デバイス。
- 請求項7に記載の注射デバイスであって、
−起動の際、以下のことが可能なばね手段(11)、
−外側ケーシング(2)の内側の被覆位置から前進位置に、オリフィス(6)を通して、近位端(P)を通過して針(4)を押すこと、
−薬剤(M)の用量を供給するためにシリンジ(3)を操作すること、及び
−薬剤(M)送達後、針(4)を有するシリンジ(3)を被覆位置へと後退させること、及び
−手動操作前に、加圧された状態においてばね手段(11)をロックするように、そして手動操作の際に、注射のためにばね手段(11)を開放し得るように配置された起動手段(10)、
を含んでなる、自動注射器(1)として配置されることを特徴とする、上記注射デバイス。 - 請求項8に記載の自動注射器であって、ばね手段(11)は一端(11.1)が、外側ケーシング(2)内に、そして他端が縦軸の周りに回転できる第一の歯車部材(13)に基礎が置かれるトーションばね(11)であり、ここで、回転の際、第一の歯車部材(13)は近位端(P)に向かって第二の歯車部材(16)を並進的に動かすように配置され、第二の歯車部材(16)は、近位端(P)に向かってストッパ(25)を押すために回転するのを防止され、そしてストッパ(25)に連結され、ここで、第一の歯車部材(13)は、手動操作前回転を防止するように起動手段(10)と係合され、そして手動操作の際に、起動手段(10)から係合解除されることを特徴とする、上記自動注射器。
- 請求項9に記載の自動注射器(1)であって、第一の歯車部材(13)がカム従動チューブであり、そして第二の歯車部材(16)が親ねじチューブであり、ここで、親ねじチューブ(16)はカム従動チューブ(13)内にはめ込み式にされ、ここで親ねじチューブ(16)は、少なくとも一つのボールベアリング(21)によってカム従動チューブ(13)と係合される親ねじのねじ山を有することを特徴とする、上記自動注射器(1)。
- 請求項9又は10に記載の自動注射器(1)であって、シリンジが本質的にチューブ状のシリンジキャリヤ(26)中に保持され、そしてその中のその近位端で支持され、ここで、シリンジキャリヤ(26)は親ねじチューブ(16)中に摺動可能に配置されることを特徴とする、上記自動注射器(1)。

- 請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射器(1)であって、第二の歯車部材(16)が、ジョイント軸方向運動用の第二の歯車部材(16)と開放可能に係合できるプランジャによってストッパ(25)に連結され、ここで、プランジャが、第二の歯車部材(16)がその最近位位置に達する際に、第二の歯車部材から係合解除可能であることを特徴とする、上記自動注射器(1)。
- 請求項13に記載の自動注射器であって、プランジャが、少なくとも一つのプランジャボール戻り止め(27)によって、第二の歯車部材と係合可能であり、ここで、ボール戻り止め(27)は、係合したとき、第一の歯車部材(13)によって支持され、そしてここで、プランジャは第一の歯車部材(13)中のポケット(31)に達するボール戻り止め(27)によって、及びポケット(31)内に落ちる戻り止めボールによって係合解除可能であることを特徴とする、上記自動注射器。
- 請求項13又は14に記載の自動注射器であって、プランジャが、互いにはめ込み式にされたプランジャ後部(22)及びプランジャ前部(23)を含み、ここで、プランジャばね(24)はプランジャ後部(22)とプランジャ前部(23)の間に配置され、ここで、プランジャばね(24)は、プランジャが、近位端(P)に向かって前進してストッパ(25)を押したとき、部分的に圧縮されるよう配置されることを特徴とする、上記自動注射器。
