Claims (3)
- 入力側可変プーリ及び出力側可変プーリの有効径が可変の一対の可変プーリと、該一対の可変プーリの間に巻き掛けられた伝動ベルトとを有し、該入力側可変プーリにおける入力側圧力及び該出力側可変プーリにおける出力側圧力を各々制御することで該伝動ベルトの滑りを防止しつつ実変速比を目標変速比とする車両用無段変速機の制御装置であって、
前記入力側圧力及び前記出力側圧力のうちの一方の側の圧力に応じた所定の圧力に他方の側の圧力を調圧するチェックバルブを備え、
前記チェックバルブにより前記他方の側の圧力が調圧される際、ベルト滑り防止と前記目標変速比の実現との為に必要とされる両方の圧力に基づいて、前記一方の側の圧力を制御するものであり、
前記所定の圧力とする為の前記チェックバルブにおける調圧特性から、ベルト滑り防止の為に必要な前記入力側可変プーリ及び前記出力側可変プーリにおける各滑り限界推力と、前記目標変速比が実現される為の推力比とに基づいて、前記一方の側の圧力を算出することを特徴とする車両用無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記滑り限界推力は、実変速比と前記車両用無段変速機の入力トルクとに基づいて算出されるものであり、
車両停車からの発進時は、最低速側変速比を維持可能な推力比とする前記一方の側の圧力が得られるように、前記入力トルクを抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用無段変速機の制御装置。 - 後進用動力伝達経路への切り替えが禁止されている動力伝達遮断状態での車両走行中は、後進用動力伝達経路への切り替えが許可される許可車速にて設定される目標変速比を維持可能な推力比とするように、前記一方の側の圧力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用無段変速機の制御装置。
