Description
(i) 上記クランクシャフトとフライホイール、このフライホイールと上記発電電動機のロータシャフトをそれぞれ直結し、
(ii) 上記ロータシャフトのフライホイールと反対側の端面にカップリングを直結するとともに、このカップリングに上記油圧ポンプのポンプシャフトを接続し、
(iii) 上記フライホイールとロータシャフトの結合面、及びロータシャフトと上記カップリングの結合面を、上記ステータのコイルの軸方向の幅内に配置した
ものである。
クランクシャフト4の端部は電動機ハウジング7内に導入され、同ハウジング7内で、クランクシャフト4の端面にフライホイール8が周方向複数個所でフライホイール取付ボルト9によって直結されるとともに、このフライホイール8にロータシャフト5が周方向複数個所で第1ボルト10によって直結されている。
フライホイール8の対ロータシャフト結合面に、ロータシャフト5の回転中心(=フライホイール8及びポンプシャフト6の回転中心。以下、シャフト回転中心という)Oを中心とする円形の凹部11が設けられ、フライホイール取付ボルト9が、この凹部11の底壁を貫通してクランクシャフト4の端面(ねじ穴)にねじ込まれている。
ロータシャフト5の対フライホイール結合面に、シャフト回転中心Oを中心とするリング状の突起14がフライホイール側に突出して一体に設けられ、この突起14がフライホイール8の凹部11にインロー嵌合した状態で、ロータシャフト5がフライホイール8の対ロータシャフト結合面(短筒部12の端面)に第1ボルト10によって直結されている。
ロータシャフト5の、フライホイール8と反対側の面(対カップリング結合面)にカップリング20が周方向複数個所で第2ボルト21によって直結され、このカップリング20にポンプシャフト6がスプライン結合されている。

Claims (3)
- エンジンに発電電動機と油圧ポンプとが接続され、油圧ポンプによって油圧アクチュエータを駆動するとともに、上記発電電動機の発電機作用によって蓄電器に充電し、この蓄電器電力により発電電動機に電動機作用を行わせてエンジンをアシストするように構成され、上記発電電動機は、ロータシャフトを中心として回転するロータと、このロータの外周に配置されたステータとを具備し、かつ、上記エンジンのクランクシャフトにフライホイールが取付けられたハイブリッド建設機械において、
(i) 上記クランクシャフトとフライホイール、このフライホイールと上記発電電動機のロータシャフトをそれぞれ直結し、
(ii) 上記ロータシャフトのフライホイールと反対側の端面にカップリングを直結するとともに、このカップリングに上記油圧ポンプのポンプシャフトを接続し、
(iii) 上記フライホイールとロータシャフトの結合面、及びロータシャフトと上記カップリングの結合面を、上記ステータのコイルの軸方向の幅内に配置した
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 上記フライホイールの対ロータシャフト結合面に、ロータシャフトの回転中心を中心とする円形の凹部を設け、フライホイールとクランクシャフトを結合するボルトを、この凹部の底壁を貫通してクランクシャフトの端面にねじ込む一方、上記ロータシャフトの対フライホイール結合面に、ロータシャフトの回転中心を中心とするリング状の突起を設け、この突起を上記凹部にインロー嵌合させた状態でフライホイールとロータシャフトとを結合したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記フライホイールとロータシャフト、及びロータシャフトとカップリングを、それぞれロータシャフトの回転中心を中心とする円周上の複数個所でボルト結合し、フライホイールとロータシャフトを結合する第1のボルトと、ロータシャフトとカップリングを結合する第2のボルトを互いに周方向に位置ずれして配置したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
