Claims (8)
- ろ過材(8)及び前記ろ過材(8)を部分的に覆うか又は機械的に支持する複数のその他の部材(4、14、18)を具備するフィルタエレメント構成要素(4、8、14、18)と、
前記フィルタエレメント構成要素(4、8、14、18)を互いに接合する少なくとも一つの接合構成要素(2)と、を具備するフィルタエレメント(20)であって、
前記フィルタエレメント構成要素の少なくとも一つ(4)が少なくとも部分的にレーザー光透過性の材料から作られており、前記少なくとも一つの接合構成要素(2)が、バリヤ層の様態に形成されていて、前記フィルタエレメント構成要素を接合するためのレーザー光(12)を使った透過溶接法を実行するために少なくとも部分的にレーザー光不透過性の材料から作られていて、
透過溶接工程中にレーザー光に曝される、前記フィルタエレメント構成要素及び前記接合構成要素の少なくとも一部の構成要素が、少なくとも部分的に導電性であり、
前記フィルタエレメント構成要素の少なくとも一つ(4)が、少なくとも部分的に導電性を生み出すために、カーボンナノチューブ及び/又は炭素繊維及び/又は鋼繊維を有する合成樹脂材料の形態の添加材から少なくともある領域を形成されており、
前記少なくとも部分的に導電性の少なくとも一つのフィルタエレメント構成要素(4)を形成する前記合成樹脂材料が、少なくとも部分的にレーザー光透過性であり、
前記複数のその他の部材の少なくとも一つ(4)が、エンドキャップの様態で該フィルタエレメント(20)のカバーを少なくとも一方の端に形成すると共に、少なくとも部分的にレーザー光透過性の材料から作られて、透過溶接工程中にレーザー光(12)に曝され、
前記エンドキャップが、少なくとも部分的に導電性であることを特徴とする、フィルタエレメント(20)。 - 前記バリヤ層が、レーザー光の吸収に起因して発熱すると共に、前記フィルタエレメント構成要素(4、8、14、18)に対する接合材として少なくとも部分的に働くことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタエレメント(20)。
- 前記バリヤ層が、少なくとも部分的に導電性であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタエレメント(20)。
- 前記バリヤ層は、フィルムの様態に形成されて、透過溶接法におけるレーザー光(12)によって共に接合されるべき前記フィルタエレメント構成要素(4、8)の間に挿入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタエレメント(20)。
- 前記バリヤ層が、被膜の様態に形成されて、共に接合されるべき前記フィルタエレメント構成要素の一つの上に少なくとも部分的に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタエレメント(20)。
- 前記ろ過材(8)が、電荷の導出のために少なくとも部分的に導電性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタエレメント(20)。
- 前記接合構成要素(2)が、合成樹脂材料から少なくとも部分的に作られており、前記合成樹脂材料は、少なくとも部分的にレーザー光不透過性の材料を形成する目的のために、ガラス繊維の形態の添加材を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタエレメント(20)。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタエレメント(20)と、少なくとも部分的に導電性の少なくとも一つのエレメントレセプタクル(42)とを具備するフィルタ装置(44)であって、前記エレメントレセプタクルが、前記複数のその他の部材の少なくとも一つに流体密の様態で接続され得ると共に導電性の様態で接続され得る、フィルタ装置(44)。
