Description

The present invention relates to a disposable diaper suitable for use in infants, particularly premature infants and low birth weight infants, in medical facilities such as hospitals.

In general, neonates with a birth weight of 2,500 g or less are called low birth weight infants, neonates with a weight of 1,500 g or less are called extremely low birth weight infants, and neonates with a weight of 1,000 g or less are called very low birth weight infants. There is no resistance in various aspects due to the short period of time, and the skin is weak. For example, in low birth weight infants, the stratum corneum is extremely thin and the skin is weak, so that the stratum corneum may be peeled off only by friction with the diaper, and bacteria may invade from that part and cause troubles such as inflammation.

For this reason, it is raised in an incubator in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Several proposals for such disposable diapers for low birth weight infants have also been made (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).

However, the conventional disposable diaper has a shape in which the crotch portion of the absorbent body is confined, even if the crotch portion of the absorbent body is constricted, so that the absorber is appropriately fitted to a different crotch width for each wearer. As a result, the feeling of wearing between the groins may deteriorate, the inner groin may be rubbed strongly, causing inflammation, or side leakage may occur. Such a problem is very important not only for ordinary disposable diapers but also for low birth weight infants.

Then, the main subject of this invention is providing the disposable diaper which can be made to fit appropriately between groins.

なお、To及びTmはKES(Kawabata's Evaluation System for Fabrics)に基づき、KES-FB3-AUTO-A 自動化圧縮試験機を用いた圧縮試験により測定する。
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1-4 has shown the disposable diaper. This disposable diaper has a back side portion (a portion on the rear side from the center in the front-rear direction) B and a ventral side portion (a portion on the front side from the center in the front-rear direction) F. Although the dimension of a disposable diaper can be determined suitably, in the case of low birth weight infants, for example, the length L in the front-rear direction can be about 100 to 300 mm, and the width W can be about 50 to 150 mm. The thickness of the portion having the absorbent bodies 50, 51 of the disposable diaper is preferably, for example, a thickness To (initial thickness) of 2 to 5 mm, particularly 3 to 4 mm at a pressure of 0.5 g / cm 2 , and a maximum pressure (here The thickness Tm (absolute thickness) at 50 g / cm 2 ) is preferably 0.5 to 3 mm, particularly preferably 1 to 2 mm. Note that To and Tm are measured by a compression test using a KES-FB3-AUTO-A automated compression tester based on KES (Kawabata's Evaluation System for Fabrics). Measurements between steel plates with circular plane of compression area 2 cm 2, the sample was compressed from 0 gf / cm 2 to a maximum compressive load 50 gf / cm 2, carried out between undo. The initial thickness To is the thickness of the sample at a pressure of 0.5 gf / cm 2 . The absolute thickness Tm is the thickness of the sample at a pressure of 50 gf / cm 2 . The bending stiffness (rigidity) is measured by the following method in accordance with JIS K 7171 (Plastic—Bending stiffness test method). For the measurement, a tensilon tester (curvature radius R1 = 5.0 ± 0.1 mm at the tip of the indenter, curvature radius R2 = 5.0 ± 0.2 mm at the tip of the support plate) is used, and the absorbers 50 and 51 are present. Measure the bending rigidity in the front-rear direction of the diaper. The test piece is prepared by removing the elastic elastic member that affects the measurement from the diaper and cutting it into a rectangle having a diaper longitudinal direction of 80 mm and a diaper width direction of 50 mm. 50 mm in the unit of the flexural rigidity value is the length of the short side of the test piece, and is the width of the test piece bent with the indenter at the time of the test. On the pair of support plates each having a tip portion having an arcuate cross-section, the interval between the tips (upper ends) of both tip portions being 50 mm, arranged in parallel with each other and the height positions of both tip portions being aligned, The test piece is placed so that its longitudinal direction is directed in a direction perpendicular to each plate, and the tip of the indenter is arranged so as to slightly touch the test piece. A load-deflection curve is obtained by lowering the indenter under conditions of a load cell of 5 kg (range 196 cN) and a speed of 30 mm / min. Let the maximum value of the obtained bending stress be a bending rigidity value (cN / 50 mm).

The disposable diaper according to the present embodiment basically has a structure in which the absorbent bodies 50 and 51 are interposed between the liquid-permeable surface sheet 13 and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 from the back side portion B to the ventral side portion F. Is. And the surface sheet 13 and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 are mutually joined in the peripheral part, and the some absorber 50,51 is movable to the width direction in the accommodation space enclosed by this junction part 15. FIG. Operating members 21, 22 having connecting portions 21 g, 22 g, 31 g, 32 g connected to the absorbers 50, 51 movable in the width direction and a knob portion protruding outside the diaper. 31 and 32 are provided, and are configured to perform at least one of expansion and reduction of the total width of the plurality of absorbers 50 and 51 in the crotch portion by pinching and pulling the operation members 21, 22, 31 and 32. . In order to make the absorbent bodies 50 and 51 movable in the width direction, in the illustrated embodiment, the absorbent bodies 50 and 51 are members adjacent to the front side (surface sheet 13 in the illustrated example) and members adjacent to the back side (in the illustrated example, liquids). Although not joined to the impermeable sheet 11), as long as it is movable in the width direction, it can be connected to the adjacent member with play through a connecting member such as a sheet, or the adjacent member itself can be moved in the width direction. It is also possible to join the absorbers 50 and 51 to this as a simple structure. 1 and 2 (cross section 2-2) and (3-3 cross section) show an enlarged state of the total width of the absorbers 50 and 51, and FIG. 3 and FIG. 2 (2). The lower diagram of (-2 section) and the lower diagram of (3-3 section) show a state in which the total width of the absorbers 50 and 51 is reduced. Accordingly, the absorbent bodies 50 and 51 can be appropriately fitted to different crotch widths for each wearer, and the wearing feeling between the crotch is deteriorated, the inner crotch is rubbed strongly, causing inflammation, or side leakage occurs. It is possible to prevent such a situation.

The joining means 15 at the peripheral portion of the top sheet 13 and the liquid-impermeable sheet 11 is not particularly limited, but the joining portion is hardened by heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, and therefore it is preferable to join with a hot melt adhesive.

Known materials can be used as appropriate for each part. For example, as the surface sheet 13, in addition to various non-woven fabrics having a basis weight of about 15 to 35 g / m 2 , a perforated film having a large number of holes can be used. Antioxidants that suppress oxidative degradation, skin care ingredients such as animal and vegetable oils and fats and moisturizers such as glycerin fatty acid esters that retain skin moisture and soften the skin can be contained. The nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, such as air-through, point bond, spun bond, etc. However, when the skin care component is applied to the top sheet 13 at the raw material stage (raw cotton), a short fiber nonwoven fabric is preferable, and the skin care component is applied on the product production line. If processed, a spunbonded nonwoven fabric with high surface smoothness is preferred. Moreover, although a hydrophobic thing may be used as a nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric which has hydrophilic property, and especially the nonwoven fabric containing a hydrophilic natural fiber is suitable at the point which is kind to skin.

The absorbent bodies 50 and 51 are basically made of pulp fiber piles, aggregates of filaments such as cellulose acetate, or non-woven fabrics, and mixed with, or fixed to, a superabsorbent polymer as necessary. Can do. The absorbers 50 and 51 are preferably formed by an airlaid method in order to reduce the thickness. The fiber basis weight in the absorbent bodies 50 and 51 is preferably about 80 to 150 g / m 2 , and the polymer basis weight is preferably about 90 to 160 g. As the superabsorbent polymer used for the absorbers 50 and 51, an antibacterial polymer is preferable. The absorbers 50 and 51 can have an appropriate shape such as a rectangle in addition to a shape in which both sides of the crotch portion are constricted (peripheral shape of hourglass shape). The absorbers 50 and 51 can be packaged with a liquid-permeable packaging sheet (not shown) such as thin paper as needed.

As the liquid-impermeable sheet 11, a non-breathable film or a breathable porous film made of a polyethylene film or the like can be used.

In addition, an exterior sheet 12 made of a nonwoven fabric is provided on the outer surface of the liquid-impermeable sheet 11. The outer surface of the exterior sheet 12 is provided with fixing means such as a target tape for fastening such as a general tape-type disposable diaper, an adhesive material for preventing slippage such as a sanitary napkin, and a release paper covering the same. It is not done. The type of nonwoven fabric of the exterior sheet 12 is not particularly limited, and examples of the material fiber include synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene, polyesters, and polyamides, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, and cotton. Natural fibers can be used, and as a processing method, a spunlace method, a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, an air-through method, a needle punch method, or the like can be used. However, a long-fiber nonwoven fabric such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric, an SMS nonwoven fabric, or an SMMS nonwoven fabric is preferable in that both the touch and strength can be achieved. In addition to using a single nonwoven fabric, a plurality of nonwoven fabrics can be used. In the latter case, the nonwoven fabrics are preferably bonded to each other with a hot melt adhesive or the like. When using a nonwoven fabric, the fabric weight is preferably 10 to 50 g / m 2 , particularly 15 to 30 g / m 2 .

The mechanisms of the operation members 21, 22, 31, and 32 may be appropriately designed. For example, the following first to fifth embodiments can be adopted.
(First form)
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the first mode is to store a plurality of absorbers 50, 51 in an accommodation space in a stacked state, and an absorber 51 (hereinafter referred to as a lower absorber) positioned on the lower side. Can be moved to the left or right side by the operating members 31 and 32 of the ventral portion F, and the upper absorbent body 50 (hereinafter referred to as the upper absorbent body) is operated by the operating members 21 and 22 of the back portion B. It can be moved to the left or right side by the operation. The combination of the moving direction and the operation members 21, 22, 31, and 32 is not limited to this, and appropriate design changes can be made, for example, in the opposite directions. “Left” and “right” assume the left and right sides of the wearer's body when worn.

More specifically, as an operation member connected to the lower absorbent body 51, a left front operation member 31 extending to the left side and projecting laterally from the non-joining portion 16 at the left side edge of the ventral portion F, and A right front operation member 32 that extends and projects laterally from the non-joining portion 16 at the right edge of the ventral portion F. Further, as an operation member connected to the upper absorbent body 50, a left rear operation member 21 extending to the left side and projecting laterally from the non-joining portion 16 at the left edge of the back portion B, and extending to the right side. And a right rear operation member 22 that protrudes laterally from the non-joining portion 16 at the right edge of the back portion B. The operation members 21, 22, 31, and 32 can be appropriately selected, and a thread or string can be used. However, a tape made of an appropriate material such as a nonwoven fabric is preferable, and the nonwoven fabric is the same as that of the exterior sheet 12. Can be appropriately selected.

In the illustrated embodiment, an upper insertion hole 50h that penetrates in the thickness direction is provided at a position corresponding to the left front operation member 31 in the upper absorbent body 50 in order to enhance the integrity of the upper absorbent body 50 and the lower absorbent body 51. The left front operation member 31 provided and connected to the lower absorbent body 51 is projected from the side of the diaper after being led out through the upper insertion hole 50h onto the upper absorbent body 50. A lower insertion hole 51h penetrating in the thickness direction is provided at a position corresponding to the operation member 22, and the right rear operation member 22 connected to the upper absorbent body 50 is passed through the lower insertion hole 51h to form the lower absorbent body 51. After being led out, it is projected from the side of the diaper.

Furthermore, locking means 21f, 22f, 31f, and 32f for the outer surface of the diaper are provided at the distal ends of the knob portions of the operation members 21, 22, 31, and 32. As the locking means 21f, 22f, 31f and 32f, a hook sheet (male material) of a mechanical fastener (surface fastener) or an adhesive layer can be used. In particular, when a mechanical fastener is used, a loop sheet (female material) may be provided at an appropriate position on the outer surface of the diaper. A hook tape (male material) of a mechanical fastener (surface fastener) is provided with a number of hook-like protrusions such as a mushroom shape and a letter shape on the surface of a sheet base material made of synthetic resin. The hook-shaped protrusions are detachably fixed to the nonwoven fabric by being entangled with the nonwoven fabric fibers. As the hook tape, it is more preferable to use a soft type male material softer than a normal one. For example, a male material formed from a resin in which polypropylene and polyethylene are mixed is flexible and suitable, and among them, a material having a higher ratio of polyethylene is more preferable. The shape of the male material is preferably a shape close to a circle without corners, such as a chamfered rectangle, rather than a square with corners.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, marks 50m and 51m visible from the outer surface are provided on the side edges of the upper absorbent body 50 and the lower absorbent body 51, respectively. The marks 50m and 51m can be formed by printing or by attaching a member such as a sheet having a different color from the surroundings. The mark is preferably a simple figure, but it may be a complicated pattern or a character.

In use, after the diaper is applied to the body or before it, the upper left absorbent member 50 is moved to the left side by pulling the left rear operation member 21 (the right rear operation member 22 is pulled in). By pulling the operating member 32, the lower absorbent body 51 is moved to the right side (therefore, the left front operating member 31 is pulled in), and an upper view of FIGS. 1 and 2 (2-2 cross section) and (3-3 cross section). As shown in the upper diagram, the width of the one absorbent body protruding from the side edge of the other absorbent body increases, and the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be increased. On the contrary, by pulling the right rear operation member 22, the upper absorbent body 50 is moved to the right side (the left rear operation member 21 can be operated and pulled out accordingly), and by pulling the left front operation member 31, The side absorbent body 51 is moved to the left side (the right front operation member 32 can be operated and pulled out accordingly), and the lower view of FIG. 3 and FIG. 2 (2-2 cross section) and the lower view of (3-3 cross section) As shown, the protruding width of the one absorbent body from the side edge of the other absorbent body is reduced, and the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be reduced.

In the illustrated example, the state in which the protrusion width is the minimum is as shown in the lower view of FIG. 3 and FIG. 2 (2-2 cross section) and the lower view of (3-3 cross section). Are completely overlapped with each other, but may be in a state of protruding to some extent without completely overlapping. Further, in the product state, the crotch width as a whole of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 may be the maximum state, the minimum state, or the intermediate state.

Thus, in this embodiment, the crotch width of the absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be adjusted by operating the operation members 21, 22, 31 and 32. In addition, in this embodiment, the upper and lower absorber absorbers 50 and 51 that move in the opposite directions in the width direction are maintained in a stacked state, so that unnecessary gaps are generated between the upper and lower absorbers 50 and 51. In addition, the crotch width of the absorbent bodies 50 and 51 can be adjusted. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the upper absorbent body 50 and the lower absorbent body 51 can be moved individually and in opposite directions, so that the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 is adjusted symmetrically. Can also be adjusted asymmetrically. Further, in this embodiment, the positions of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51, and thus the crotch width can be easily visually confirmed by the marks 50m and 51m, and can be used as a guide for adjustment.

After adjusting the crotch width, the locking means 21f, 22f, 31f, and 32f provided on the operation members 21, 22, 31, and 32 are used, and as shown in FIG. The protruding operation members 21 and 22 are engaged with the outer surface of the abdominal portion F, and the operation members 31 and 32 protruding from both sides of the abdominal portion F are engaged with the back portion B, thereby attaching the diaper to the body. At the same time, the operating members 21, 22, 31, 32 can be fixed to fix the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50, 51.

(Second form)
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that only the lower absorbent body 51 (only the upper absorbent body 50 may be used) is the operating members 21, 22, 31, 32 is different in that it can be moved in the width direction. In the illustrated form, the configuration of the operation members 31 and 32 and the insertion hole 50h of the ventral part F in the first form is similarly applied to the operation members 21 and 22 and the insertion hole 50h of the back part B. At the time of use, by pulling the right rear operation member 22 or the right front operation member 32, the lower absorbent body 51 is moved to the right side (therefore, the left rear operation member 21 and the left front operation member 31 are pulled in). The protruding width of the absorbent body from the side edge of the other absorbent body is increased, and the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be increased. On the other hand, by pulling the left rear operation member 21 or the left front operation member 31, the lower absorbent body 51 is moved to the left side (the right rear operation member 22 and the right front operation member 32 are pulled in). The protruding width of the other absorbent body from the side edge of the other absorbent body is reduced, and the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be reduced.

Contrary to the illustrated embodiment, the configuration of the operation members 21 and 22 and the insertion hole 51h of the back portion B in the first embodiment is applied to the operation member and the insertion hole of the ventral portion F, and the upper absorbent body 50 is disposed on the lower side. Although it is possible to move the absorbent body 51, the lower absorbent body 51 has an advantage that it is easier to move because it has less friction than the upper absorbent body 50 in terms of the type and pressure of the contact material.

This form is the same as the first form in that the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be enlarged and reduced, but the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 is increased. It is different in that it is difficult to adjust symmetrically (there is no means for directly applying force to one absorber). Others are the same as the first embodiment.

(Third form)
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it does not have the operation member insertion holes 50h and 51h penetrating in the thickness direction, and is a simple and easily manufactured form. That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in each of the abdominal part F and the back part B, the abdominal part F and the dorsal part B are formed by integral sheets protruding on both sides in the width direction. The operation members 33 and 23 are respectively configured. The operation members 33 and 23 are folded into a Z-shaped cross section, and the lower absorbent body 51 is disposed at the lowermost portion thereof, and the upper absorber is disposed at the uppermost portion thereof. The absorbers 50 are respectively connected, and an intermediate folded portion is folded between the lower absorber 51 and the upper absorber 50.

In use, as shown in the lower diagram of FIG. 8, the upper absorbent body 50 can be moved to the left side while the folding portion is expanded by pulling the left rear operation member 21 or the left front operation member 31, and the right rear operation member The lower absorbent body 51 can be moved to the right side while expanding the folded portion by pulling the front 22 or the right front operation member 32, so that the protruding width of the one absorbent body from the side edge of the other absorbent body is increased. The crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be increased.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the operation of the operating members 33 and 23 can only increase the width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole, but the lower absorbent body 51 and the upper absorbent body 50 from above the top sheet 13. If the width is moved toward the center in the width direction, the width of the one absorbent body protruding from the side edge of the other absorbent body is reduced, and the crotch width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole can be reduced. . For such characteristics, it is preferable to minimize the width of the upper and lower absorbent bodies 50 and 51 as a whole in the product state.

In the illustrated example, a portion extending from the lower absorbent body 51 to one side in the width direction, a portion extending from the upper absorbent body 50 to the other side in the width direction, and an intermediate folded portion are formed by an integral sheet. However, some or all of these can also be formed by separate sheets (not shown).

Others are the same as the first embodiment, and the same modifications as the second embodiment are possible.

(Fourth form)
As shown in FIG. 9, the fourth embodiment is provided with operation member insertion holes 50h, 51h in the upper absorbent body 50 and the lower absorbent body 51, respectively, with respect to the third form, through which the operation members 33, 23 is different in that it has a Z-shaped cross section, and the upper absorbent body 50 and the lower absorbent body 51 are highly integrated. Others are the same as the third embodiment.

(Fifth form)
As shown in FIG. 10, in the fifth embodiment, the ventral portion F and the dorsal side are formed by an integral sheet formed in an annular shape passing through both sides of the diaper in the ventral portion F and the dorsal portion B, respectively. The operation members 34 and 24 of the part B are respectively configured, and among the pair of parts crossing the upper absorbent body 50 and the lower absorbent body 51, only the lower absorbent body 51 is on one side and only the upper absorbent body 50 is on the other side. Are connected to each other.

In use, the pair of portions crossing the upper absorbent body 50 and the lower absorbent body 51 are alternately operated to increase or decrease the protrusion width of the one absorbent body from the side edge of the other absorbent body. The crotch width as a whole of the side absorbent bodies 50 and 51 can be increased or decreased.
