Claims (4)
- 射出装置のスクリュの作動を電動モータにより行い型締装置の型締シリンダの作動を油圧により行う射出成形機において、
射出用のサーボモータと、
計量用のサーボモータと、
駆動源の電動モータが常時回転される第1のポンプと、
型締シリンダ以外のいずれかのアクチュエータの作動時に駆動源の電動モータが停止または最低回転数で回転される第2のポンプとが備えられ、
第1のポンプからの作動油と第2のポンプからの作動油とを合流させて型締シリンダを作動させることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 型締装置の型開閉機構の作動は型開閉機構のサーボモータにより行い、前記型開閉機構の作動時間の少なくとも過半の時間は前記第2のポンプの回転が停止または最低回転数で回転されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記第1のポンプはインバータによりポンプの回転数が制御され、前記第2のポンプはサーボモータによりポンプの回転数が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 型締シリンダはパイロット圧によって作動される弁により作動され、パイロット圧は前記第1のポンプの作動により確保されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
