Description
Claims (12)
- チューブ用の流体コネクタ装置であって、
雄型コネクタの遠位端におけるドーム、前記ドーム及び前記雄型コネクタの本体を通って前記雄型コネクタの近位端まで延在する流体チャネルとしての第1の流体開口、並びに前記雄型コネクタを雌型コネクタに結合するための第1の結合構造、を具える雄型コネクタと、
前記雄型コネクタの前記ドームと嵌合するようにサイズ設計され形作られた、遠位端におけるキャビティ、前記キャビティから前記雌型コネクタの本体を通って前記雌型コネクタの近位端まで延在する流体チャネルとしての第2の流体開口、及び前記雄型コネクタに前記雌型コネクタを結合するための第2の結合構造、を具え、前記キャビティが前記ドームより小さく形成されている、雌型コネクタと、
を有し、
前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタの前記第1及び前記第2の流体開口は、前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタが互いに回転され結合される場合、連続する流体チャネルを形成し、
前記結合構造のうち一方は、一対の伸張したアームを有し、前記結合構造のうち他方は、一対のアンダーカットを有し、前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタが互いに回転され結合される場合、前記アームが、前記アンダーカットにはまり、
前記アーム及び前記アンダーカットの少なくとも一方は、前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタが互いに回転され結合される場合にぴったりした嵌め合いを提供するようにテーパ形状をなし、前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタが互いに回転され結合される場合、前記第1及び前記第2の流体開口が整列されるとともに、前記アーム及び前記アンダーカットの前記ぴったりした嵌め合いが、前記キャビティ内に入る前記ドームの圧縮を生じさせて、前記第1及び前記第2の流体開口の流体密封接続を提供する、流体コネクタ装置。 - 前記雄型コネクタの前記近位端に位置する第1のホースバーブと、
前記雌型コネクタの前記近位端に位置する第2のホースバーブと、
を更に有し、各コネクタの前記流体チャネルは、前記ホースバーブを通って延在する、請求項1に記載の流体コネクタ装置。 - 前記雄型コネクタの前記ホースバーブに結合される第1の端部を具える第1のチューブセクションと、
前記雌型コネクタの前記ホースバーブに結合される第1の端部を具える第2のチューブセクションと、
を更に有する、請求項2に記載の流体コネクタ装置。 - 前記チューブセクションのうち一方の第2の端部に結合される血圧カフと、
前記チューブセクションのうち他方の第2の端部に結合される医用器具と、
を更に有する、請求項3に記載の流体コネクタ装置。 - 前記医用器具は、非侵襲の血圧モニタを有する、請求項4に記載の流体コネクタ装置。
- 前記アーム及び前記アンダーカットは、前記ドームを前記キャビティに挿入し、少なくとも一方のコネクタを他方のコネクタに対して軸回転させることによって、係合される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の流体コネクタ装置。
- 前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタは、前記ドームを前記キャビティに挿入し、少なくとも一方のコネクタを他方のコネクタに対して軸回転させることによって、互いに結合される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の流体コネクタ装置。
- 前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタは、前記コネクタが連結されるが十分に回転されない場合、互いに非対称の関係を示し、前記コネクタが連結されて十分に結合される状態まで回転される場合、互いに対称の関係を示す、請求項7に記載の流体コネクタ装置。
- 前記結合構造のうち一方は、一対のリブを有し、
前記結合構造のうち他方は、一対のチャネルを有し、
前記リブは、前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタが互いに結合される際に前記チャネルに位置付けられる、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の流体コネクタ装置。 - 前記ドームが前記キャビティに挿入され、前記コネクタのうち少なくとも一方が、他方のコネクタに対して回転される際、前記リブは、前記チャネルを通って、前記チャネルの端部の止め部まで移動される、請求項9に記載の流体コネクタ装置。
- 前記雄型及び雌型コネクタが互いに結合される際に音及び/又は触感を生成するデテント機構を更に有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の流体コネクタ装置。
- 前記デテント機構は、前記コネクタのうち一方に位置するくぼみと、前記コネクタのうち他方に位置する突起とを更に有し、
前記突起は、前記雄型及び前記雌型コネクタが互いに結合される場合に前記くぼみと嵌合するように位置合わせされる、請求項11に記載の流体コネクタ装置。
