Description
a)ステントを、装置の1つ又はそれ以上の導電性アダプターの各々に取り付ける、
ここで該装置は、
縦方向の軸を有する複数個の細長い部材であって、該部材のそれぞれは、金属製ステントに取り外し可能に取り付けることができそして該ステントと電気的に接触する導電性アダプターを含む、上記の複数個の細長い部材;
電解溶液;
連続したカソードであって、(複数個の)該細長い部材と該カソードが該電解溶液中に浸漬されている時に(複数個の)該細長い部材のそれぞれに極めて接近して置かれるように設定された該カソード;
該カソードに取り付けられたカソード電流伝導部材;
アノード電流伝導部材を含み、ここで、(複数個の)該細長い部材のそれぞれは該アノード電流伝導部材と電気伝導的に接続されている;
b)該ステントを該電解溶液に浸漬する;
c)該カソード電流伝導部材と該アノード電流伝導部材との間に電位差を供給する;
d)該ステントを該溶液から取り出し、そして少なくとも1種のリンス溶液で濯ぐ;
e)場合によっては、ステップb)、c)及びd)を繰り返す。
f)該ステントを該装置から取り出す;
g)該ステントを濯ぐ;
h)該ステントを不動態化溶液に浸漬する;
i)該ステントを該不動態化溶液から取り出し、そして濯ぐ;
j)該ステントを液中に置き、そして該液に超音波エネルギーを適用する。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの金属製ステント(13)を同時に電解研磨するための装置(100)であって:
縦方向の軸を有する複数個の細長い部材(11)であって、該部材(11)のそれぞれは、金属製ステント(13)に取り外し可能に取り付けることができそして該ステント(13)と電気的に接触する導電性アダプターを含む、上記複数個の細長い部材(11);
研磨用容器(14)に収容された0.1〜5重量%のポリエチレングリコール、40〜70重量%のジメチルスルフェート及び残量のエタノールを含む電解溶液(19);
1個の連続したらせん状カソード(21)であって、上記複数個の細長い部材(11)と該カソード(21)が該電解溶液(19)中に浸漬されている時に上記複数個の細長い部材(11)のそれぞれに接近して置かれるように設定された該カソード(21);
該カソード(21)に取り付けられたカソード電流伝導部材;
アノード電流伝導部材;
を含み、ここで、上記複数個の細長い部材(11)のそれぞれは該アノード電流伝導部材と電気伝導的に接続されている、上記装置(100)。 - 上記研磨容器(14)がガラス、セラミックス及びプラスチックのいずれかより選ばれる材料から作られている、請求項1に記載の装置(100)。
- 更に、第2の連続したらせん状カソード(21’)であって、上記複数個の細長い部材(11)と該カソード(21)が該電解溶液(19)中に浸漬されている時に上記複数個の細長い部材(11)のそれぞれに接近して置かれるように設定された該第2のカソード(21’);及び該第2のカソードに取り付けられた第2のらせん状カソード電流伝導部材を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(100)。
- 上記2個のらせん状カソード(21,21’)の全体形状が管状であり、そして上記溶液(19)中で実質的に同心的に配置されている、請求項3に記載の装置(100)。
- 少なくとも1つの金属製ステント(13)を同時に電解研磨する方法であって、下記を含む方法:
a)ステント(13)を、装置(100)の1つ又はそれ以上の導電性アダプターの各々に取り付ける、
ここで該装置(100)は、
縦方向の軸を有する少なくとも1つの細長い部材(11)であって、該少なくとも1つの部材(11)のそれぞれは、金属製ステント(13)に取り外し可能に取り付けることができそして該ステント(13)と電気的に接触する導電性アダプターを含む、該少なくとも1つの細長い部材(11);
0.1〜5重量%のポリエチレングリコール、40〜70重量%のジメチルスルフェート及び残量のエタノールを含む電解溶液(19);
連続したカソード(21)であって、上記少なくとも1つの細長い部材(11)とカソード(21)が該電解溶液(19)中に浸漬されている時に、該少なくとも1つの細長い部材(11)のそれぞれに接近して置かれるように設定された該カソード(21);
該カソード(21)に取り付けられたカソード電流伝導部材;
アノード電流伝導部材
を含み、ここで、該細長い部材(11)のそれぞれは該アノード電流伝導部材と電気伝導的に接続されている;
b)該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を該電解溶液(19)に浸漬する;
c)該カソード電流伝導部材と該アノード電流伝導部材との間に電位差を供給する;
d)該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を該溶液(19)から取り出し、そしてアルコールで濯ぐ;及び
e)場合によっては、行為b)、c)及びd)を繰り返す。 - 更に、
f)該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を該装置(100)から取り出す;
g)該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を濯ぐ;
h)該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を不動態化溶液に浸漬する;
i)該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を該不動態化溶液から取り出し、そして該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を濯ぐ;及び
j)該少なくとも1つのステント(13)を液中に置き、そして該液に超音波エネルギーを適用する
のステップを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 上記行為b),c)及びd)が3〜5回繰り返される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 上記不動態化溶液が硝酸を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 超音波エネルギーが上記液に室温で適用される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 0.1〜5重量%のポリエチレングリコール、40〜70重量%のジメチルスルフェート及び残量のエタノールを含む、金属の電解研磨用の電解溶液(19)。
- 上記ポリエチレングリコールがPEG 1000である、請求項10に記載の電解溶液(19)。
