Claims (14)
- 超音波診断装置であって、
被検体内に対して音響放射圧を印加して変位させる変位生成部と,
前記被検体の複数の位置で超音波を送受信することで前記被検体内に生じたせん断波の粒子速度を検出する変位検出部と,
前記粒子速度により粘性パラメータを推定する粘弾性解析部と、を有し、
前記粘弾性解析部は、前記複数の位置で検出した前記粒子速度波形の時間広がりに基づき、フィッティングにより前記粘性パラメータを推定する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記粘弾性解析部は、前記粒子速度波形の時間広がりを、前記粒子速度が正と負となる2つの時刻から算出する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記粘弾性解析部は、前記粒子速度波形の時間広がりを、前記粒子速度のゼロクロス値となる時刻、或いは前記ゼロクロス値となる時刻前後の前記粒子速度の積分値から算出する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記粘弾性解析部は、エクスポネンシャル曲線を用いて前記フィッティングを行う、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記粘弾性解析部は,前記粒子速度の中心周波数を算出する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記粒子速度は、1つの参照信号と、前記変位検出部で異なる時刻に受信した複数の信号との相関演算で計算される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記粒子速度は、前記変位検出部で異なる時刻に受信した複数の信号同士の相関演算で計算される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置であって、
フィードバックパラメータ決定部を更に有し,
前記フィードバックパラメータ決定部は、第一の計測で得られた、前記粒子速度波形の時間広がりから推定された前記粘性パラメータに基づき、次の計測である第二の計測における送信条件、もしくは計測領域の少なくとも一方を調整する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項8記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記フィードバックパラメータ決定部は、調整する前記計測領域の大きさを,計測する位置に対応して変化させる、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項9記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記計測領域の形状は台形である、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項8記載の超音波診断装置であって、
前記フィードバック制御のON/OFFの切替えスイッチを有する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 超音波診断装置における粘性パラメータ推定方法であって、
被検体内に対して音響放射圧を印加して変位させ,
前記被検体の複数の位置で超音波を送受信することで前記被検体内に生じたせん断波の粒子速度を検出し,
前記複数の位置で検出した前記粒子速度波形の時間広がりに基づき、フィッティングにより粘性パラメータを推定する、
ことを特徴とする粘性パラメータ推定方法。 - 請求項12記載の粘性パラメータ推定方法であって、
前記粒子速度波形の時間広がりを、前記粒子速度が正と負となる2つの時刻、或いは前記粒子速度のゼロクロス値となる時刻、或いは前記ゼロクロス値となる時刻前後の前記粒子速度の積分値から算出する、
ことを特徴とする粘性パラメータ推定方法。 - 請求項12記載の粘性パラメータ推定方法であって、
第一の計測で得られた、前記粒子速度波形の時間広がりから推定された前記粘性パラメータに基づき、次の計測である第二の計測における送信条件、もしくは計測領域の少なくとも一方を調整する、
ことを特徴とする粘性パラメータ推定方法。
