ロポアが容易に実現できる。
サイズ約2×3mのMDFプレートをクリーニングおよび光沢加工し温度調整する。尿素−ホルムアルデヒド系接着剤用の酸性硬化剤(Hardner 2547−Akzo Nobel)をロールコーティング装置により塗布重量約8g/m2として周囲温度で塗布し、IR照射装置により軽く乾燥させる。それに続き、改めてロールにより約40g/m2の接着剤層(尿素−ホルムアルデヒド系接着剤 1206−Akzo Nobel)を塗布する。まだ湿っている接着剤層の上に、クリーム色の印刷用紙をロールにより坪量60g/m2で載せ、カレンダにおいて160kN/cm 2 およびロール温度190℃の条件で圧縮する。それにより接着剤の少なくとも一部は硬化する。その場合、紙の外面は無変化のままである。すなわち、接着剤が紙に浸透していない。その後、個々のプレート間のスリットで紙を切断する。プレートを即座に印刷ステーションに搬送し、そこで装飾模様の第1色を間接グラビア印刷により印刷する。さらなる印刷ステーションで第2および第3の色を塗布するが、その際、印刷インクの乾燥にはステーション間での短時間の換気で十分である。次に、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂の薄層(MFH、約10g/m2)を塗布し、表面が指触乾燥するまでIR照射装置により乾燥させる。プレートはこの状態で積み重ねる、または貯蔵することができる。
Claims (10)
- 木材または木材材料から成るプレート状中心部と、前記中心部の少なくとも一方の面にある装飾層と、前記装飾層の上にある、アミノプラストを含む被覆層とを有する装飾模様入り積層体を製造するための方法であって、
プレート状中心部を準備するステップと、
前記中心部の少なくとも一方の面にセルロース不織布を固定するステップと、
前記セルロース不織布の露出した面に装飾模様を印刷するステップと、
印刷された前記装飾模様の上に少なくとも一層の硬化性被覆層を付与するステップと、 前記硬化性層を硬化するステップと、を含み、
前記セルロース不織布が前記中心部の上に接着され、
前記セルロース不織布を接着する前に、前記中心部の一方の面および/または前記セルロース不織布の一方の面に接着剤がコーティングされ、
接着剤として液状硬化性接着剤が使用され、
加圧および加熱下で、前記接着剤を少なくとも部分的に硬化させて、前記不織布と前記プレート状中心部とを結合させることを含み、
接着剤が不織布を貫通して露出表面に達する事態を避けるために、接着剤の流動特性、濡れ特性、および塗布重量を、使用するセルロース不織布の特性に適合させ、そして、接着剤を適用する前に酸性硬化剤を前記中心部の上に適用することを特徴とする、前記方法。 - 前記の硬化性接着剤が尿素−ホルムアルデヒド系接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セルロース不織布が紙であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記装飾模様がオフセット印刷、間接グラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、またはデジタル印刷法によって印刷されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1層の被覆層中に粒子状の硬質固体が存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記被覆層がオーバーレイの形態で付与されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記の硬質固体が最下層と共に塗布されること、および最上層には固体が含まれていないことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、中心部と、セルロース不織布と、被複層とから成る前記積層体が加圧および加熱下で硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱および圧縮の際に前記最外層の表面に構造がエンボス加工されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記中心部の、前記装飾模様とは反対側の面に安定化層が付与されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
