Claims (6)
- 反応容器内に収容された銅含有溶銑に、精錬剤として、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウムのそれぞれ酸化物、炭酸塩、硫化物の群から選択された1種または2種以上からなるアルカリ金属の化合物と、鉄−硫黄合金と、弗化カリウム、弗化ナトリウム、弗化マグネシウム、弗化カルシウム、氷晶石の群から選択された1種または2種以上からなるフッ化物とを添加し、前記精錬剤により銅含有溶銑中の銅を吸収・除去することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱銅処理方法。
- 前記銅含有溶銑は、銅含有鋼屑を加炭溶解して製造されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の脱銅処理方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属の化合物は、Na2CO3及び/またはK2CO3を主成分とする材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱銅処理方法。
- 前記精錬剤は、前記フッ化物と、前記アルカリ金属の化合物及び/または前記鉄−硫黄合金とが予め混合されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱銅処理方法。
- 前記精錬剤によって銅を除去する前の銅含有溶銑は、温度が1250℃以上1400℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱銅処理方法。
- 前記脱銅処理を機械攪拌式精錬装置で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱銅処理方法。
