Claims (11)
- 培養すべき細胞を含む培養液が入れられた細胞培養器を収容するための無菌空間が設けられたアイソレータと、
前記細胞培養器内の前記培養液をサンプリングするサンプリングユニットと、
前記無菌空間の内外を連通する送出流路と、
前記送出流路内の流れを前記無菌空間の内部から外部へ向かう方向に限定しつつ、前記サンプリングされた前記培養液を、前記送出流路を介して前記無菌空間の外部に送出する培養液送出部と、
を備えることを特徴とすることを特徴とする細胞培養装置。 - 前記送出流路には、前記無菌空間の内部から外部へ向けた流れを遮断せず、前記無菌空間の外部から内部へ向けた流れを遮断する一方向弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記培養液送出部は、サンプリングされた前記培養液を前記無菌空間の外部へ送出する際の緩衝物質を供給する緩衝物質供給部を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記緩衝物質供給部は、前記無菌空間の内部に設けられ、前記送出流路における前記内部側の端部が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記緩衝物質供給部は、前記無菌空間の外部に設けられ、前記緩衝物質供給部と前記無菌空間は無菌状態を保持して接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記培養液送出部は、前記サンプリングユニットによってサンプリングされた前記培養液を、前記送出流路における前記無菌空間の外部側へ吸引する吸引ポンプをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記吸引ポンプは、前記外部側又は内部側のいずれかの前記流路上に配されたペリスタポンプであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記吸引ポンプは、前記送出流路における前記外部側の端部が接続された引圧ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記無菌空間の内部に設けられ、前記送出流路に連通する吐出部をさらに備え、
前記サンプリングユニットは、前記細胞培養器内の前記培養液を所定量吸引し、前記吐出部内に吐出することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の細胞培養装置。 - 前記送出流路を介して前記無菌空間の外部に送出された前記培養液を計測する計測機を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記緩衝物質供給部と無菌状態を保持して接続し、かつ、前記無菌空間の内外を連通した校正用流路を更に備え、
前記計測機は、前記校正用流路を介して前記無菌空間の外部に送出された前記緩衝物質を計測可能とすることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の細胞培養装置。
