Description

本発明は、新規な塗膜積層体に関するものである。本発明は、主に建築物や土木構造物等に対して適用することができる。   The present invention relates to a novel coating film laminate. The present invention can be applied mainly to buildings, civil engineering structures, and the like.

従来、建築物や土木構造物の壁面等において、その美観性を高めるため、天然石調等の意匠性を付与することが行われている。例えば、WO2004/752(特許文献1)、WO2005/14256(特許文献2)等には、天然石調の意匠性を表出する材料として、天然骨材及び樹脂を主成分とする材料が記載されている。   2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to increase the aesthetics of a building or a civil engineering structure, a design such as a natural stone is imparted. For example, WO2004 / 752 (patent document 1), WO2005 / 14256 (patent document 2), and the like describe a material mainly composed of natural aggregate and resin as a material that expresses natural stone-like design. Yes.

しかし、上記特許文献に記載の材料は比重が大きく、さらにその厚みは数mm以上に及ぶ。そのため、基材に対する荷重が大きくなってしまう。このような材料では、厚みを薄くすると、天然石調の意匠性が損われ、また下地の色調が意匠性に悪影響を及ぼすおそれもある。   However, the material described in the above-mentioned patent document has a large specific gravity and further has a thickness of several mm or more. Therefore, the load with respect to a base material will become large. In such a material, when the thickness is reduced, the natural stone-like design property is impaired, and the color tone of the base may adversely affect the design property.

特開2003−181369(特許文献3)には、着色下塗層の上に、石材調塗材層を積層することが記載されている。特許文献3の技術によれば、下地の色調の影響をある程度抑制することができる。しかし、特許文献3の石材調塗材層は、前述の特許文献と同様に天然石粉砕物等を用いるものであり、重さや厚みの軽減には限界がある。   Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-181369 (Patent Document 3) describes that a stone-like coating material layer is laminated on a colored undercoat layer. According to the technique of Patent Document 3, the influence of the color tone of the background can be suppressed to some extent. However, the stone-tone coating material layer of Patent Document 3 uses a natural stone pulverized material or the like as in the above-mentioned Patent Document, and there is a limit to reducing the weight and thickness.

以下、本発明を実施するための形態について説明する。
図1〜2に、本発明塗膜積層体の一例を示す。図1は塗膜の断面図であり、図2は塗膜を正面から見た図である。
Hereinafter, modes for carrying out the present invention will be described.
An example of this invention coating film laminated body is shown to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the coating film, and FIG. 2 is a view of the coating film as viewed from the front.

The present invention is mainly applicable to buildings, civil engineering structures, and the like.
Examples of the substrate 1 in the present invention include concrete, mortar, siding board, extruded board, gypsum board, perlite board, plywood, plastic board, metal board, wood board, glass, brick, ceramic tile, and the like.
The substrate 1 may be one that has been subjected to some surface treatment (filler treatment, surfacer treatment, sealer treatment, etc.), one that has been pre-colored with a colored paint, etc. It may be affixed.

本発明では、基材1の上に着色塗膜2が設けられる。この着色塗膜2は、模様塗膜3の背景色となるものである。すなわち、本発明塗膜積層体を正面から見た場合、透明連続相31を介して、着色塗膜2の色調を見ることができる。
着色塗膜2は、結合材、及び顔料を含む着色塗料を、基材1に塗装することによって形成できる。
In the present invention, the colored coating film 2 is provided on the substrate 1. This colored coating film 2 becomes the background color of the pattern coating film 3. That is, when the coating film laminate of the present invention is viewed from the front, the color tone of the colored coating film 2 can be seen through the transparent continuous phase 31.
The colored coating film 2 can be formed by coating the base material 1 with a colored paint containing a binder and a pigment.

As the binder in the colored coating film 2, various resin components can be used. Examples of the resin component include solvent-soluble resins, non-water-dispersed resins, solvent-free resins, water-dispersed resins, and water-soluble resins. Examples of the resin include acrylic resins, urethane resins, epoxy resins, vinyl chloride resins, vinyl acetate resins, acrylic silicon resins, fluororesins, polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose derivatives, and composites thereof.

Color pigments can be used as the pigment. Specifically, examples of the color pigment include titanium oxide, zinc oxide, alumina, carbon black, ferric oxide (valve), yellow iron oxide, iron oxide, ultramarine, cobalt green, and other inorganic color pigments, azo series Organic pigments such as naphthol, pyrazolone, anthraquinone, perylene, quinacridone, disazo, isoindolinone, benzimidazole, phthalocyanine, quinophthalone, pearl pigment, aluminum pigment, fluorescent pigment, etc. It is done. By combining one or more of these color pigments, the colored coating film 2 can be set to a desired color tone.

着色塗膜2は凹凸形状を有するものであってもよい。この場合、着色塗膜2の凹凸形状により、模様塗膜3に立体感が付与され、意匠性が向上する。
このような凹凸形状は、例えば、着色塗膜2自体に凹凸を付与することによって形成できる。また、着色塗膜2の下層に凹凸塗膜を設け、その凹凸に沿って着色塗膜2を設けることによって、凹凸形状を形成することもできる。
The colored coating film 2 may have an uneven shape. In this case, due to the uneven shape of the colored coating film 2, a three-dimensional effect is imparted to the pattern coating film 3, and the design is improved.
Such uneven | corrugated shape can be formed by providing an unevenness | corrugation to the colored coating film 2 itself, for example. Moreover, an uneven | corrugated shape can also be formed by providing an uneven | corrugated coating film in the lower layer of the colored coating film 2, and providing the colored coating film 2 along the unevenness | corrugation.

本発明積層体は、着色塗膜2の上に模様塗膜3が設けられたものである。この模様塗膜3は、透明連続相31の中に、非連続な粒状の着色分散相32が、少なくとも1種以上(好ましくは2種以上)散在したものである。
このうち、透明連続相31は、合成樹脂エマルションによって形成されたものである。一方、着色分散相32は、油性着色塗料の粒状物が潰れ、平坦に広がることによって形成されたものである。
The laminate of the present invention is one in which a patterned coating film 3 is provided on a colored coating film 2. The patterned coating film 3 is a transparent continuous phase 31 in which discontinuous granular colored dispersed phases 32 are dispersed at least one (preferably two or more).
Among these, the transparent continuous phase 31 is formed of a synthetic resin emulsion. On the other hand, the colored dispersed phase 32 is formed by crushing and spreading flat the particulates of the oil-based colored paint.

このような模様塗膜3の膜厚は薄く、概ね数十〜数百μm程度である。そのため、本発明では、天然石等を用いる場合に比べ、塗膜の重さや厚みが軽減でき、塗膜の軽量化を図ることができる。
しかも、模様塗膜3では、透明連続相31の中で、油性着色塗料の粒状物が潰れて平坦に広がり、着色分散相32が形成されるため、美観性に優れた天然石調の意匠性を表出することができる。
The film thickness of such a pattern coating film 3 is thin, and is about several tens to several hundreds μm. Therefore, in this invention, compared with the case where natural stone etc. are used, the weight and thickness of a coating film can be reduced and the weight reduction of a coating film can be achieved.
Moreover, in the patterned coating film 3, the granular material of the oil-based coloring paint is crushed and flattened in the transparent continuous phase 31, and the colored dispersed phase 32 is formed. Can be expressed.

The solid content weight ratio between the transparent continuous phase 31 and the colored dispersed phase 32 (transparent continuous phase: colored dispersed phase) is preferably 0.5: 1 to 50: 1, more preferably 1: 1 to 30: 1. More preferably, it is 1.5: 1-20: 1, More preferably, it is 2: 1-15: 1. If both are in such a ratio, the colored dispersed phase 32 tends to spread flatly, and a large pattern can be easily obtained.
When the colored dispersed phase 32 includes a flat particle having a particle diameter of 3 mm or more (preferably 5 mm or more), a large pattern that can be seen from a distant place is formed. In addition, the particle size in the present invention is the major axis of the particle.

In the pattern coating film 3, the synthetic resin emulsion forming the transparent continuous phase 31 is an aqueous material. On the other hand, the colored dispersed phase 32 is an oily material. Therefore, the shape of the colored dispersed phase 32 tends to be a non-circular shape in which the boundary with the transparent continuous phase is intricate.
Furthermore, in the pattern coating film 3, the colored dispersed phase 32 is easily exposed on the surface, and in this case, the texture of each of the transparent continuous phase 31 and the colored dispersed phase 32 appears. For example, it is possible to obtain a texture in which the surface glossiness of the transparent continuous phase 31 and the colored dispersed phase 32 is different. Specifically, a coating film having a surface glossiness of the transparent continuous phase 31 higher than that of the colored dispersed phase 32 is formed.
The randomly colored colored dispersed phase 32 contributes to an improvement in the natural feeling of the finished appearance. The difference in texture between the transparent continuous phase 31 and the colored dispersed phase 32 is also advantageous for improving the design of the finished appearance.

着色分散相32としては、下層の着色塗膜2とは異なる色調のものを1種以上含む。これにより、2色以上の色調が混在した多彩な外観が得られる。図2では、着色分散相32として、色調が異なる2種(2色)の着色分散相(32a及び32b)が散在している。よって、正面から見ると3色(着色分散相32a、着色分散相32b、及び着色塗膜2)が混在した外観となる。   The colored dispersed phase 32 includes one or more types having a color tone different from that of the lower colored coating film 2. Thereby, various appearances in which two or more colors are mixed are obtained. In FIG. 2, as the colored dispersed phase 32, two types (two colors) of colored dispersed phases (32a and 32b) having different color tones are scattered. Therefore, when viewed from the front, the appearance is a mixture of three colors (colored dispersed phase 32a, colored dispersed phase 32b, and colored coating film 2).

Such a patterned coating film 3 can be formed by coating a coating material in which particulates of an oil-based colored paint are dispersed in an aqueous medium containing a synthetic resin emulsion. The oil-colored colored paint particles are crushed during coating and spread flat, whereby the colored dispersed phase 32 is formed.
In coating the coating material, means such as spraying, roller coating, and brush coating can be employed. Among these, spraying is suitable. Coating with the amount of coating material is preferably 0.5 kg / m 2 or less, more preferably 0.03~0.3kg / m 2, more preferably from 0.05~0.25kg / m 2.

As the synthetic resin emulsion in the coating material, for example, various emulsions such as acrylic resin, urethane resin, acrylic silicon resin, and fluororesin can be used. As long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired, the aqueous medium may contain various additives. Examples of such additives include extender pigments, thickeners, antifoaming agents, leveling agents, wetting agents, plasticizers, antiseptics, antifungal agents, antibacterial agents, light stabilizers, and UV absorbers. .
The oil-based coloring paint contains a non-aqueous resin, a coloring pigment, a solvent and the like. Among these, as the non-aqueous resin, for example, various non-aqueous resins such as an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, an acrylic silicon resin, and a fluororesin can be used. As a coloring pigment, the same thing as the above-mentioned colored coating film 2 can be used. As the solvent, aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents, ketone solvents, alcohol solvents, ester solvents, ether solvents and the like can be used. In addition, the oil-based coloring paint can also contain various additives similar to the aqueous medium.
In order to stably disperse the particulates of the oil-based colored paint in the aqueous medium, a dispersion stabilizer, a crosslinking agent, or the like may be used as appropriate.

上記被覆材において、油性着色塗料粒状物の色調や粒径、合成樹脂エマルションと油性着色塗料粒状物の混合比率等は、模様塗膜3における前述の各種条件を満たすように適宜調整すればよい。   In the above coating material, the color tone and particle size of the oil-based colored paint particles, the mixing ratio of the synthetic resin emulsion and the oil-colored colored paint particles, and the like may be appropriately adjusted so as to satisfy the various conditions described above in the pattern coating film 3.

本発明では、模様塗膜3の上に透明塗膜を設けることもできる。このような透明塗膜は、透明塗料を塗装することによって形成できる。透明塗料として、親水性塗膜が形成できるものを使用すれば、耐汚染性を高めることもできる。   In the present invention, a transparent coating film can be provided on the pattern coating film 3. Such a transparent coating film can be formed by painting a transparent paint. If a transparent coating material that can form a hydrophilic coating film is used, the stain resistance can be improved.
