Description
図1は、第1の実施形態にかかるシステムを示す図である。
その後、充放電可否判定のうち固体異常判定を実施する。固体異常判定においては、まず、電池を完全放電若しくは完全充電後、充放電させることで実測容量を求める(充放電検査(S104))。次に、実測容量と定格容量との差の絶対値が閾値以内であるか否か(差分確認)で充放電可否を判定する。
Claims (8)
- 蓄電池の定格容量及び充電率を取得する取得部と、
前記蓄電池の実際の容量である実測容量と前記定格容量との差の絶対値が所定の閾値以内である場合、前記蓄電池に対して充放電を許可する判定を行う判定部と、を備え、
前記判定部が、前記実測容量を求める際、前記蓄電池の充電率が所定の閾値を上回る場合には完全充電後、完全放電させることにより計測し、前記蓄電池の充電率が所定の閾値を下回る場合には完全放電後、完全充電させることにより計測することを特徴とする充放電判定装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記差の絶対値が所定の閾値以内にない場合、前記蓄電池に対して充放
電を許可しない判定を行う請求項1記載の充放電判定装置。 - 更に、前記蓄電池へ充放電させたい充放電電力量情報を取得する通信部を備え、
前記判定部は、前記蓄電池が、前記充電率と前記充放電電力量情報とを基に算出される予測充電率が、一定範囲内にある場合、前記蓄電池に対して充放電を許可する判定を行う請求項1又は2に記載の充放電判定装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記予測充電率が、一定範囲内にない場合、前記蓄電池に対して充放電
を許可しない判定を行う請求項3記載の充放電判定装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記蓄電池の実際の容量である実測容量と前記定格容量との差の絶対値
が所定の閾値内であるか否かを前記蓄電池の接続時に判定する請求項1又は2に記載の充放電判定装置。 - 前記一定範囲とは、前記蓄電池を長寿命化させる最適充電率の範囲である請求項3記載
の充放電判定装置。 - 前記充放電電力量情報は、前記通信部が発電所及び自然エネルギー発電装置による供給電力の計画値と実績値との差分を基に取得する請求項3記載の充放電判定装置。
- 蓄電池の定格容量及び充電率を取得する取得機能と、
前記蓄電池の実際の容量である実測容量と前記定格容量との差の絶対値が所定の閾値以内である場合、前記蓄電池に対して充放電を許可する判定を行う判定機能と、を備え、
前記判定機能が、前記実測容量を求める際、前記蓄電池の充電率が所定の閾値を上回る場合には完全充電後、完全放電させることにより計測し、前記蓄電池の充電率が所定の閾値を下回る場合には完全放電後、完全充電させることにより計測することをコンピュータに実現させるための充放電判定プログラム。
