Claims (10)
- ガス中のSOxを吸収する方法であって、前記ガスをポリエチレングリコール溶液に接触させて、前記ポリエチレングリコール溶液が前記ガスからSOxを吸収して前記ガスを浄化するようにする工程を含み、xが2または3であり、前記ポリエチレングリコール溶液がポリエチレングリコールおよび水の組成を有する水性溶液であり、前記ポリエチレングリコールが前記ポリエチレングリコール溶液の主成分である、方法。
- 前記ポリエチレングリコール溶液の組成が、質量%で80.00%以上のポリエチレングリコールおよび質量%で20.00%未満の水であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- 前記ポリエチレングリコール溶液が、常圧吸収または加圧吸収を用い、温度−20〜200℃でSOxを吸収することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- 前記ガスが99.9%未満のSOxの合計体積%を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- ガス中のSOxを吸収したポリエチレングリコール溶液を、加熱法、真空法および放射法からなる群から選択された1種または複数種の方法で再生し、再生温度が0〜300℃であり、再生過程で再生されたポリエチレングリコール溶液から二酸化硫黄および/または三酸化硫黄を放出し、再生後のポリエチレングリコール溶液がリサイクル可能であり、前記放射法が超音波法またはマイクロ波法であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- 前記方法により、SOx含有廃ガスおよび/または工業用原料ガスからSOxを除去することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- 前記方法が、加熱法、真空法および放射法からなる群から選択された2種以上の再生手段を1つの再生器中で共用して使用することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- 前記ポリエチレングリコール溶液が質量で20%を超える水の含有量を有する場合、前記方法は前記再生されたポリエチレングリコール溶液から水を除去する工程を更に含み、除去方法は、加熱精留法および/または、CaO、無水CaSO 4 、シリカゲルおよび吸水樹脂からなる群から選択された1種以上の吸水剤を使用した吸水剤吸収法があり、水除去後のポリエチレングリコール溶液をリサイクルする工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5または請求項7に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- 前記ポリエチレングリコール溶液は、重合度が2以上のポリエチレングリコールの1種または複数種のポリエチレングリコールからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
- 前記SOx含有廃ガスが煙道ガスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のガス中のSOxを吸収する方法。
