Claims (8)
- 経皮弁デバイスの弁部材の位置を調節するための装置であって、
前記弁部材上に配置される第1の調節構造体と、
デバイスフレーム上に配置される第2の調節構造体と
を備え、前記弁部材及び前記デバイスフレームが共に前記経皮弁デバイスを構成し、前記経皮弁デバイスが経皮送達のための第1の圧縮された構成、及び作動構成として第2の拡張された構成を有し、
前記第1の調節構造体が、前記第2の調節構造体上の構成体と相補的に共に取り付けられる構成体を有して、前記弁部材と前記デバイスフレーム間の相対的移動を制御し、少なくとも前記拡張された構成における前記弁デバイスの長手方向軸に沿って相対位置の範囲から1つの位置を選択する、装置。 - 第1の構造体及び第2の構造体が、ボタン及びハーバー、スナップ嵌めパッド及び開口、リング及びラチェットポスト、有角リブ及び有角溝、螺旋状レール及びローラ、並びに螺旋状溝及び突出部からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 位置維持手段をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 弁デバイスが、モジュール式弁デバイスであり、弁部材が、弁モジュールであり、デバイスフレームが、ステントであり、前記弁モジュール及び前記ステントが、送達デバイスからの展開後に前記弁デバイスへと組み立てられるように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 弁部材上に第1の調節構造体と、デバイスフレーム上に第2の調節構造体とを備える経皮弁デバイスであって、前記弁部材及び前記デバイスフレームが共に前記経皮弁デバイスを構成し、前記経皮弁デバイスが経皮送達のための第1の圧縮された構成、及び作動構成として第2の拡張された構成を有し、前記第1の調節構造体が、前記第2の調節構造体上の構成体と相補的に取り付けられる構成体を有して、少なくとも前記拡張された構成における前記弁デバイスの長手方向軸に沿って前記弁部材と前記デバイスフレーム間の相対位置の範囲から1つの位置を選択する、経皮弁デバイス;及び
前記弁デバイスを送達し、展開するためのカテーテル、
を含むシステム。 - 第1の構造体及び第2の構造体が、ボタン及びハーバー、スナップ嵌めパッド及び開口、リング及びラチェットポスト、有角リブ及び有角溝、螺旋状レール及びローラ、並びに螺旋状溝及び突出部からなる群より選択される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
