Description
目付け100g/m2、厚み0.5mmのポリプロピレン繊維からなるスパンボンド不織布と、ウレタン発泡層8mmとに、接着剤を塗布し、それらを圧着して貼り付けることにより、スパンボンド不織布表皮を備える天井材を得た。
目付け150g/m2、厚み1mmのポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維からなるニードルパンチと、ウレタン発泡層8mmとに、接着剤を塗布し、それらを圧着にて貼り付けることにより、ニードルパンチ不織布表皮を備える天井材を得た。
実施例1および比較例1において得られた天井材を、下記の通り汚染させ、その防汚性を評価した。
<土汚れ>
各天井材の不織布面に土を接触させた後、土を手で払い、目視によりその汚れを確認した。実施例1および比較例1の天井材を図2に示す。
<コーヒー汚れ>
コーヒー(液状飲料)を各天井材の不織布面に滴下した後、15分放置した。その後、各天井材の不織布面上のコーヒーを除去し、その汚れを目視により確認した。実施例1および比較例1の天井材を図3に示す。
<擬似エンジンオイル汚れ>
擬似エンジンオイル(成分:石油系炭化水素および潤滑油添加剤)を調製し、各天井材の不織布面に滴下した後、15分放置した。その後、各天井材の不織布面上の擬似エンジンオイルを除去し、その汚れを目視により確認した。実施例1および比較例1の天井材を図4に示す。
<耐久後エンジンオイル汚れ>
排気量660CC・L型3気筒エンジンの車両(最大1万km走行)から回収したエンジンオイルを採取し、各天井材の不織布面に滴下した後、15分放置した。その後、各天井材上のエンジンオイルを除去し、その汚れを目視により確認した。実施例1および比較例1の天井材を図5に示す。
(考察)
図2〜5に示すように、実施例1の天井材は、比較例1の天井材に比べ、防汚性に優れていた。

Claims (1)
- 車両用内装材としての天井材であって、
発泡体層を備える基材と、
前記基材に積層される表皮材とを備え、
前記表皮材が、ポリプロピレン繊維からなり、厚み0.1〜0.8mmかつ目付5〜200g/m 2 のスパンボンド不織布を備えることを特徴とする、天井材。
