Description
(1)基材1の作製
ポリ乳酸樹脂(テラマックTE‐4000N、ユニチカ製、ポリスチレン換算での質量平均分子量Mw:150000)100質量部と、難燃剤として水酸化アルミニウム(ハイジライトHP‐350、昭和電工製)115.5質量部と、フォスファゼン化合物(sps‐100、大塚化学製)5部と、ドリップ防止剤(POLYFLON MPA、ダイキン工業製)1質量部と、加水分解抑制剤(スタバクゾールP、ラインケミー製)2質量部と、結晶核剤(エコプロモート、日産化学製)2質量部と、可塑剤(DAIFATTY‐101、大八化学製)10質量部とを、二軸押出機(S1 KRCニーダー、クリモト製)を使用して、180℃で溶融混練押出しを行った。吐出した樹脂をペレット状にカットして、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物のペレットを用いて、射出成形機(EC20P、東芝機械製)で試験片を成形した。このとき、基材に占める植物由来成分の質量割合は、42.5質量%であった。
ポリ乳酸樹脂(BE‐400、東洋紡績製、水酸基価:3mgKOH/g、ポリスチレン換算での質量平均分子量Mw:43000)100質量部と、テルペンフェノール(N‐125、ヤスハラケミカル製)30質量部と、顔料クロ(ANP‐L MA‐100、東洋インキ製造製)83質量部(ポリ乳酸樹脂100質量部に対して固形分が24.9質量部)とを、酢酸エチル400質量部及びシクロヘキサノン400質量部の混合溶媒に溶解させ、そこに芳香族系カルボジイミド(Elastostab H01、Elastgran製)3質量部と、多官能イソシアネートとしてヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートの3量体(デュラネートTPA‐100、旭化成製)50質量部と、ジドデカン酸ジブチルすず(純正化学製)0.1質量部とを配合し、密着層用塗料を得た。固形分濃度は、19.5%であった。また、塗膜成分に占める植物由来成分の質量割合が、48.5質量%であった。
基材に、密着層用塗料を乾燥後の厚さが20μmになるように塗布し、70℃で30分乾燥させ、室温で72時間エージングして密着層を形成した。
機能層用塗料として、2液型アクリルウレタン系塗料(エコネットFXシルバー、オリジン電気製)を使用した。エコネットFXシルバーは、TXフリー(トルエン・キシレンフリー)の塗料である。調製方法は以下のとおりである。すなわち、主剤(主な固形分としてアクリル系樹脂及び顔料を含む)100質量部を、酢酸エチル200質量部及び酢酸ブチル200質量部及びジイソブチルケトン500質量部に溶解させ、そこに硬化剤(主な成分として多官能イソシアネート化合物を含む)22.2質量部を配合した。このとき、機能層用塗料のアクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と多官能イソシアネート化合物が含有するNCO基とのmol比は、1:4であった。
エージング後の基板の密着層上に、機能層用塗料を乾燥後の厚さが20μmになるように塗布し、70℃で30分乾燥させ、室温で72時間エージングし、機能層を形成し、ポリ乳酸系加飾体を得た。
機能層用塗料の主剤を100質量部とし、硬化剤を27.8質量部とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。この機能層用塗料のアクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と多官能イソシアネート化合物が含有するNCO基とのmol比は、1:5であった。
機能層用塗料の主剤を100質量部とし、硬化剤を33.3質量部とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。この機能層用塗料のアクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と多官能イソシアネート化合物が含有するNCO基とのmol比は、1:6であった。
機能層の乾燥後の厚さが15μmになるように塗布した以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。
基材1を基材2とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。基材2は、次のとおりに作製した。ポリ乳酸樹脂(テラマックTE‐4000N、ユニチカ製、ポリスチレン換算での質量平均分子量:150000)60質量部と、ポリカプロラクトン(プラクセルH1P、ダイセル化学製)40質量部と、難燃剤として水酸化アルミニウム(ハイジライトHP‐350、昭和電工製)115.5質量部と、フォスファゼン化合物(sps‐100、大塚化学製)5部と、ドリップ防止剤(POLYFLON MPA、ダイキン工業製)1質量部と、加水分解抑制剤(スタバクゾールP、ラインケミー製)2質量部と、結晶核剤(エコプロモート、日産化学製)2質量部と、可塑剤(DAIFATTY‐101、大八化学製)10質量部とを、二軸押出機(S1 KRCニーダー、クリモト製)を使用して、180℃で溶融混練押出しを行った。吐出した樹脂をペレット状にカットして、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物のペレットを用いて、射出成形機(EC20P、東芝機械製)で試験片を成形した。このとき、基材に占める植物由来成分の質量割合は、25.5質量%であった。
基材1を基材3とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。基材3、次のとおりに作製した。ポリ乳酸樹脂(テラマックTE‐4000N、ユニチカ製、ポリスチレン換算での質量平均分子量:150000)100質量部と、加水分解抑制剤(スタバクゾールP、ラインケミー製)2質量部と、結晶核剤(エコプロモート、日産化学製)2質量部、可塑剤(DAIFATTY‐101、大八化学製)10質量部、ガラス繊維(CS03JAFT592、旭ファイバーガラス製、繊維長3mm)10質量部とを、二軸押出機(S1 KRCニーダー、クリモト製)を使用して、180℃で溶融混練押出しを行った。吐出した樹脂をペレット状にカットして、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物のペレットを用いて、射出成形機(EC20P、東芝機械製)で試験片を成形した。このとき、基材に占める植物由来成分の質量割合は、80.6質量%であった。
基材1を基材4とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。基材4は、次のとおりに作製した。ポリ乳酸樹脂(テラマックTE‐4000N、ユニチカ製、ポリスチレン換算での質量平均分子量:150000)100質量部と、加水分解抑制剤(スタバクゾールP、ラインケミー製)2質量部と、結晶核剤(エコプロモート、日産化学製)2質量部、可塑剤(DAIFATTY‐101、大八化学製)7.5質量部とを、二軸押出機(S1 KRCニーダー、クリモト製)を使用して、180℃で溶融混練押出しを行った。吐出した樹脂をペレット状にカットして、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物のペレットを用いて、射出成形機(EC20P、東芝機械製)で試験片を成形した。このとき、基材に占める植物由来成分の質量割合は、89.7質量%であった。
基材1を基材5とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。基材5は、次のとおりに作製した。基材のポリ乳酸樹脂100質量部のみを二軸押出機(S1KRCニーダー、クリモト製)を使用して、180℃で溶融混練押出しを行った。吐出した樹脂をペレット状にカットして、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物を得た。次いで、ポリ乳酸樹脂組成物のペレットを用いて、射出成形機(EC20P、東芝機械製)で試験片を成形した。このとき、基材に占める植物由来成分の質量割合は、100質量%であった。
機能層用塗料の主剤を100質量部とし、硬化剤を11.1質量部とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。この機能層用塗料のアクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と多官能イソシアネート化合物が含有するNCO基とのmol比は、1:2であった。
機能層用塗料の主剤を100質量部とし、硬化剤を16.7質量部とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。この機能層用塗料のアクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と多官能イソシアネート化合物が含有するNCO基とのmol比は、1:3であった。
機能層用塗料として、2液型アクリルウレタン系塗料(プラネットPX‐1シルバー、オリジン電気製)を使用した以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。プラネットPX‐1シルバーは、プラスチック向けの汎用塗料である。調製方法は以下のとおりである。すなわち、主剤(主な固形分としてアクリル系樹脂及び顔料を含む)100質量部を、トルエン200質量部、キシレン200質量部及びジイソブチルケトン200質量部混合溶媒に溶解させ、そこに硬化剤(主な固形分として多官能イソシアネート化合物を含む)28質量部を配合した。この機能層用塗料のアクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と多官能イソシアネート化合物が含有するNCO基とのmol比は、1:3であった。
機能層用塗料の主剤を100質量部とし、硬化剤を38.9量部とした以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。この機能層用塗料のアクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と多官能イソシアネート化合物が含有するNCO基とのmol比は、1:7であった。
機能層を設けないこと以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。
密着層を設けないこと以外は、実施例1に準じてポリ乳酸系加飾体を作製した。
JIS K5600−5−6:1999「クロスカット法」に準じて、1mm×1mmの碁盤目状の切込みを100個入れ、粘着テープによる剥離試験を行った。評価基準についても同規格に準じて評価を行った。
0:(実用レベル)
1〜5:(実用不適)
JIS K−5600−5−4:1999「引っかき硬度:鉛筆法」に準じて試験を行い、傷跡が生じなかった最も硬い鉛筆の硬度で評価を行った。
ポリ乳酸系加飾体の塗膜面にクロス状の切り傷を付け、人工汗(酸性又はアルカリ性)に25℃で48時間浸漬させた。その後、水道水で洗浄し、自然乾燥した。試験前後の塗膜の外観変化を観察し、下記の基準で評価を行った。なお、人工汗は、JIS L0848:2004に準じて作製した。すなわち、酸性人工汗は、L‐ヒスチジン塩酸塩一水和物0.5g、塩化ナトリウム5g、りん酸二水素ナトリウム二水和物2.2gを水に溶かし、これに0.1mol/l水酸化ナトリウム溶液約15mlと水とを加えてpHが5.5で全容が約1lとなるように調製した。アルカリ性人工汗は、L‐ヒスチジン塩酸塩一水和物0.5g、塩化ナトリウム5g、りん酸水素二ナトリウム・12水和物5gを水に溶かし、これに0.1mol/l水酸化ナトリウム溶液約25mlと水とを加えてpHが8.0で全容が約1lとなるように調製した。
○:異常なし(実用レベル)
×:異常あり(実用不適)
人工汗試験後、クロス状の切り傷部でテープ密着試験を行った。テープ密着試験の方法及び評価は、次のとおりである。ポリ乳酸系加飾体の塗膜面に粘着テープを貼り付けた後、テープを剥離し、塗膜面の状態を下記の基準で評価を行った。粘着テープは、(1)1mm碁盤目テープ密着試験と同条件のものを使用した。
○:異常なし(実用レベル)
×:異常あり(実用不適)
ポリ乳酸系加飾体の塗膜面にクロス状の切り傷を付け、市販のハンドクリーム(商品名:アトリックス、花王製)を塗布し、60℃95%RHにて2時間放置した後、−20℃で2時間放置することを1サイクルとし、3サイクル試験を行った。試験前後の塗膜の外観変化を観察し、下記の基準で評価を行った。
○:異常なし(実用レベル)
×:塗膜に変色が認められた(実用不適)
耐薬品性試験後、クロス上の切り傷部でテープ密着試験を行った。テープ密着試験の方法及び評価方法は、人工汗試験後のテープ密着試験と同様に行った。
水道水を汲んだ容器にポリ乳酸系加飾体を入れた。ただし、水道水の量はポリ乳酸加飾体の全体が浸漬するようにする。この容器(加飾体が水道水に浸漬した状態)を、恒温槽に入れる。そして、恒温槽内を温度60℃に設定し、この槽内に24時間放置した。その後、温水から取り出して、加飾体表面の温水をふき取った後、塗膜の外観変化を観察し、下記の基準で評価を行った。
○:変化なし(実用レベル)
△:塗膜に膨潤が見られた(実用不適)
×:塗膜が変質した(実用不適)
Claims (4)
- ポリ乳酸樹脂を含有する基材と、該基材上に、ポリ乳酸樹脂を含有する密着層と、該密着層上に、アクリルウレタン系塗料を塗布して形成されてなる少なくとも1層以上の機能層と、を備えるポリ乳酸系加飾体であって、
前記アクリルウレタン系塗料は、アクリル系樹脂と多官能イソシアネートとが縮合反応することで塗膜を形成し、
かつ、前記アクリル系樹脂が含有するOH基と、前記多官能イソシアネートが含有するNCO基とのmol比が1:4〜1:6であることを特徴とするポリ乳酸系加飾体。 - 前記アクリルウレタン系塗料は、アクリル系樹脂と、多官能イソシアネートと、トルエン及びキシレンのどちらも含まない液状溶媒とを含有する合成樹脂塗料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリ乳酸系加飾体。
- 前記密着層は、塗膜成分として、ポリ乳酸樹脂と、天然物系粘着付与樹脂と、加水分解防止剤と、多官能イソシアネートとを含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のポリ乳酸系加飾体。
- 前記密着層は、顔料、無機フィラー、光輝材のうち少なくとも1種類以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載のポリ乳酸系加飾体。
