Claims (4)
- 容器のヘッドスペースに対向するように配置されるシリンダと、このシリンダ内にスライド可能に挿入されるプラグとを具備し、上記シリンダの内周面には、液化ガスを通す複数本の溝がシリンダ軸に平行に形成され、上記プラグには、このプラグの先端が上記シリンダの出口側に移動すると上記全溝を閉じて液化ガスの流れを遮断し、プラグ先端が上記シリンダの入口側へと移動すると上記全溝を開いて液化ガスの流れを許容する開閉弁が設けられた液化ガス添加用ノズルにおいて、上記シリンダの溝が、深さが略一定で、幅が上記シリンダの入口側から出口側に向かって徐々に狭まるように形成されることにより、上記プラグ先端が上記シリンダの入口側から出口側へと移動するに連れて、シリンダ出口側からの液化ガス吐出量が漸減可能とされ、かつ、上記プラグ先端の移動位置の如何を問わずシリンダ出口の各溝から流出する液化ガスがシリンダ軸に略平行な細流となって上記ヘッドスペース内に吐出可能とされたことを特徴とする液化ガス添加用ノズル。
- 請求項1に記載の液化ガス添加用ノズルにおいて、上記シリンダの各溝は、シリンダの内面円筒形の母線を対称軸として左右対称に形成されたことを特徴とする液化ガス添加用ノズル。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の液化ガス添加用ノズルにおいて、上記各溝は、その両側壁間の挟角αが0°<α<20°となるように形成されたことを特徴とする液化ガス添加用ノズル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の液化ガス添加用ノズルにおいて、上記溝の本数は、32本以下とすることを特徴とする液化ガス添加用ノズル。
