Description
また、有機層の成膜時に使用するメタルマスクのアライメントを行う場合、配線電極への帯電がアライメントし難くなるなどの悪影響を及ぼす問題がある。
Claims (5)
- 基板上に少なくとも一つの有機EL素子を形成した有機ELパネルであって、
前記有機EL素子は、陽極、有機層、陰極の積層構造を有し、
前記基板上には前記有機EL素子が形成された発光領域と前記陰極と接続する配線電極が形成された配線領域が形成され、
前記配線電極は、前記有機EL素子側の平面的な端部形状が角部を丸めたR状部を有し、
前記陰極の成膜時に前記陰極と前記配線電極が接続されていることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 前記配線電極は、前記陰極と接続する側と反対側の形状が前記基板の端部に向かって先を細く形成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記配線電極の全ての端部にR状部を形成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の有機ELパネル。
- 隣り合う前記陰極を電気的に絶縁する隔壁を備え、該隔壁は前記陽極と交差する方向にストライプ状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 基板上に少なくとも一つの有機EL素子を形成した有機ELパネルの製造方法であって、
陽極、有機層、陰極の積層構造を有する有機EL素子の形成工程と、
前記有機EL素子側の平面的な端部形状が角部を丸めたR状部を有する配線電極を形成する工程と、
前記陰極の成膜時に前記陰極と前記配線電極とを接続する工程とを有することを特徴とする有機ELパネルの製造方法。
