Claims (8)
- ヘッドとねじ部分を有するシャンクとを備えた軸ピンを受け入れる軸方向孔を有する少なくとも1つの外側半径方向タブをそのリムに備えるターボジェットのファンディスクを補修または再加工する方法にして、ピンは、外側半径方向タブの反対側の面に対してねじ部分を有するシャンクにナットを締め付けることによってヘッドが外側半径方向タブの1つの面に押し当てられるようになるように孔の中に滑り込まされ、該ピンが、リムに取り付けられる羽根間プラットフォームの中央に固定されたタブを保持する半径方向保持手段を形成する方法であって、
・スポット面(123B、223B、323B)が、摩耗領域に対応する孔(123A、223A、323A)の周りでタブに機械加工され、ヘッド(111)の直径よりも大きな直径をもち前記スポット面の表面に押し当てられるフランジ(111A)を備えた交換ピン(100)が嵌合され、
・孔(123A、223A、323A)が、亀裂が入った材料を排除するために機械加工によって拡大され、交換ピン(100)が、新しい孔の直径に対応する直径をもつねじ部分(120)を備えたシャンクを有し、ナットが、最初のナットと比較して拡大された基部を備えるナットと取り替えられ、
・ピンのヘッドが、シャンクの直径よりも大きな直径を有することを特徴とする、前記方法。 - フランジの厚さが、せいぜいスポット面の深さに等しい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 拡大が、25%程度である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 機械加工されるスポット面(123B)が、外側半径方向タブの外縁に開口するU字状である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 機械加工されるスポット面(223B)が、外側半径方向タブの外縁および横縁に開口するL字状である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 機械加工されたスポット面(323B)が、円形であり、外側半径方向タブの孔の周りに機械加工される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも羽根間プラットフォームが上に置かれるディスクを備える、補修の後にまたは再加工によって得られたターボジェットのファンロータであって、前記ディスクが、ヘッドとねじ部分を有するシャンクとを備えた軸ピンを受け入れる軸方向孔を有する少なくとも1つの外側半径方向タブをそのリムに備え、ヘッドが、リムに取り付けられる羽根間プラットフォームの中央に固定されたタブを保持する半径方向保持手段を形成するとともに、外側半径方向タブの第1の面に押し当てられ、締付けナットが、外側半径方向タブの反対側の面で、シャンクのねじ部分にねじ込まれ、
・ヘッドが、前記第1の面に対して押し当てられる、ヘッド自体の直径よりも大きな直径をもったフランジを備え、フランジが、外側半径方向タブのスポット面に収容され、
・ねじ部分が、孔の直径に対応する直径を有し、
・ピンのヘッドが、シャンクの直径よりも大きな直径を有することを特徴とする、前記ファンロータ。 - 請求項7に記載のファンロータを備える、ターボ機械。
