Claims (5)
- 密閉容器内に駆動要素と、該駆動要素の下側に位置して当該駆動要素の回転軸により駆動される回転圧縮要素とを備え、前記駆動要素の上側における前記密閉容器の側面より当該密閉容器内に冷媒吐出管を挿入し、側方に向けて開口させると共に、前記回転圧縮要素にて圧縮された冷媒を、吐出孔より前記密閉容器内に吐出した後、前記冷媒吐出管より外部に吐出するロータリコンプレッサにおいて、
前記冷媒吐出管の開口面を通り、当該冷媒吐出管の開口方向と直交する線L1より、該冷媒吐出管の開口方向とは反対側の領域をA1とし、前記吐出孔より吐出され、前記駆動要素を通過して上昇する冷媒中のオイルが、前記回転圧縮要素の回転に伴う慣性により、前記密閉容器のエンドキャップ内面に飛散付着する範囲をA2とした場合に、
前記冷媒吐出管の開口方向と前記回転軸の回転方向とは反対側で直交する部分の前記線L1から前記範囲A2を除外した部分の前記領域A1の下方に前記吐出孔の位置を設定したことを特徴とするロータリコンプレッサ。 - 密閉容器内に駆動要素と、該駆動要素の下側に位置して当該駆動要素の回転軸により駆動される回転圧縮要素とを備え、前記駆動要素の上側における前記密閉容器の側面より当該密閉容器内に冷媒吐出管を挿入し、側方に向けて開口させると共に、前記回転圧縮要素にて圧縮された冷媒を、吐出孔より前記密閉容器内に吐出した後、前記冷媒吐出管より外部に吐出するロータリコンプレッサにおいて、
前記吐出孔の位置を、前記冷媒吐出管の開口面を通り、且つ、当該冷媒吐出管の開口方向と前記回転軸の回転方向側で直交する線L2と、該線L2を前記冷媒吐出管の開口中央を中心として前記回転軸の回転方向側に90°回転させた線L3とで挟まれる領域A3の下方に設定したことを特徴とするロータリコンプレッサ。 - 前記冷媒吐出管の開口中央は、前記回転軸の軸芯が位置する前記密閉容器の水平方向における中心部に位置することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のロータリコンプレッサ。
- 前記駆動要素により駆動される第1及び第2の前記回転圧縮要素を備え、前記第1の回転圧縮要素で圧縮された冷媒を前記第2の回転圧縮要素にて圧縮して前記吐出孔より前記密閉容器内に吐出することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの何れかに記載のロータリコンプレッサ。
- 前記冷媒として二酸化炭素を使用したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れかに記載のロータリコンプレッサ。
