前記骨固定要素の頭部(3)を収容するための頭部受け部分(16)とを含む受け部本体(5;5′)を備え、前記頭部受け部分(16)は開放端(17)を有し、前記頭部の導入およびクランプが可能となるように可撓性を有し、前記受け部はさらに、
前記頭部受け部分を包囲するロックリング(8;80;800)を備え、前記ロックリングは、前記頭部受け部分に力をかけて前記頭部をその中にロックし、
前記ロックリング(8,80)または受け部本体(5″)は、前記頭部を前記ロックリングのプレロック位置にクランプするように、前記受け部本体の一部分(9;30,31;41,42)または前記ロックリング(800)とそれぞれ協働するばね部分(83;90;101)を含み、

- 前記ばね部分(90)は、径方向に可撓性を有する突出部によって形成される、請求項8に記載の受け部。
- 前記ばね部分(90)は、少なくとも2つの径方向に可撓性を有する鼻部(90)によって形成される、請求項9に記載の受け部。
- 前記突出部は前記頭部受け部分の凹部と協働する、請求項10に記載の受け部。
- 前記突出部は、前記開放端付近に設けられた前記頭部受け部分の凹部と協働する、請求項10に記載の受け部。
- 前記凹部(40)は切欠き状の形状を有し、プレロック状態を緩めるために前記可撓性突出部(90)の開放を容易にするための下方傾斜側壁(40a)を含む、請求項11に記載の受け部。
- 前記頭部受け部分(16)の外面は先細りの部分を有し、前記ロックリング(8)の内面は、前記先細りの部分(81a)または湾曲した部分(81a′)を有し、湾曲は前記ロックリングの中心に向けられる、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。
- 前記ロックリング(8;80;800)は、前記ロッドによって圧力がかけられると移動可能である、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の受け部。

- 請求項1から18のうちいずれか1項に記載の受け部と、ねじが切られたシャフトおよび頭部(3)を有する骨固定要素(1)とを含む骨固定装置であって、前記ロッド(6)を前記凹部(12)内に固定するための閉鎖要素(7)が設けられる、骨固定装置。
- 前記閉鎖要素(7)は、前記ロッド(6)を前記凹部(12)内に固定するための内側ねじである、請求項21に記載の骨固定装置。
